Incredible company, I've sent over multiple people to them now that I've found them. If you just want a great honest company go here. I've spoken with the owner, they are still profitable, and yet their prices are way better priced compared to this whole crazy market that is just charging what ever they feel they want. So this customer has earned my loyalty no doubt, and here's why. My experience started when I went to Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Sandy. I had an engine problem, and so like a good American, I went to my local mechanic shop. They took it in, and said it was done, I drove off, and the same problem happened again. This happened 2 more times, by the time it was done, it was brought to my attention that the Engine gasket was warped and that I had invalidated my own warranty plan. Even tho they told me to drive off the lot. And when I asked for help with fixing it, they offered to replace my engine for 14k! No discounts, just they could fix it. So I popped around for over a year, trying to get this resolved. Eventually, I ran into Si's Auto Repair, a guy named Ty introduced them to me, and from start to finish, they were in communication, it was still going to cost me 10k, but still a better price than what was happening at the dealer. When they got the van from the dealer, turns out...they left my engine completely disorganized, and SI's had to put it all back together! So I knew this was going to cost me extra labor... But I bit the bullet. After it was all done and said, when they said to come get the vehicle, it turns out, they didn't charge me the extra couple of grand, and my total ended up being under 10k. Needless to say, this made my wife and I cry, I'm not normally one for this, but it was such an emotional year, and we were ever so grateful for Si's. They showed us pictures of the whole process, we got to meet their technician, and the staff was incredible. Their receptionist top notch. I super appreciate companies who care about their community, and I hope they stay around for a long time and through their charity, I also hope they stay super profitable and keep in business for more people like us. I've used Kyler twice now. My son's challenger water pump went out and he towed it here cuz we work close, he got it dine the next day. I just had my pickup in today for the water pump. He had it done by noon. The price seams very fair. I will continue to use them. I did not care for the old owner. Tyler & Carlee are great to work with

Their communication system is one of my favorite things about their front desk service work makes it hard to answer phone calls or return calls but I can text them as long as they’re open. Love it. I keep coming back again and again. I also recommend to my friends their honesty and transparency is welcome and appreciated but the prices have never left me feeling robbed. know my vehicles are in good hands here I’ve never had an issue after it was fixed.

I have been coming here for years! Everyone here is always super welcoming & informative when it comes to issues & necessary maintain with my car. I’ve never felt like they are trying to take advantage or add on expensive services my car doesn’t really need! They are always super transparent about what’s going on and what needs to be fixed. I usually try to go in when Shawn is available, he is really good about getting me in and out as quick and efficient as possible & makes appropriate recommendations on when to return for regular maintenance! I recommend them to all of my people looking for a good reliable shop!

I've been coming here for 5 years now. Since the new ownership, things are even better. They consistently have great customer service. They follow through on their word, and anytime additional work was needed on my car, they always call to let me know first. (Instead of just working on it and charging extra like the old owners have done before). Not only are the employees trustworthy, but they have gone out of their way to help me out. I used to go to Si's all the time and always had excellent service. I hadn't been there in awhile. And contacted them yesterday they were able to get me in and out in less than 30 mins. All I had was an emissions test but it wasn't major but not too many places can get you in and out that quickly without an appointment. Kudos to the new owner I hope for continuous success

In the past I've had some very bad experiences with trying to get tires mounted on my 100 spoke chrome rims. I deal with Si's Auto for all my other automotive needs, and once again, they didn't disappoint and didn't scratch or damage a single rim. They even took the time to give me chrome valve stems. Kyler & Pete have pretty much rebuilt my whole PT Cruiser. But they are very sweet and respectful. I don't feel like someone is just trying to take advantage of me and just want money. They truly care and take such good care of me. It's so nice as a single woman to know they have my back. I always make them a home cooked meal for them because they deserve it when they get done. They are honest and gotta love how they make me laugh. They got jokes!! My Besties Forever.. And a nicely remodeled office/ waIting seating area!!! Very nice guys!! I started taking my vehicles to Si's Auto Repair this year and have been very pleased with their service. I appreciate their thoroughness and transparency on the maintenance side of things, as well as their friendliness and demeanor in the office. Their pricing seems fair and they communicate well. The lot isn't secured but it seems like a relatively low-risk area for theft and I have not had any issues when my vehicle has been left overnight and they at least have cameras.
