Worst place ever....excuse after excuse why they couldn't fix our vehicle in a timely manner....had to take it back several times to get it fixed. Never would recommend this place to anyone. While the truck was being repaired, they never provided any updates.

Hard start on occasion with no check engine light. 2 weeks in shop, $6200.00 later brought truck home went to start it up the next morning, did the exact same thing we took it in for.

Toke truck back awhile ago for oil all over front of engine told I sealed the inspection plate so they resealed inspection plate and charged me oh well that was not the issue there is still oil all of the front of my engine supposedly since I touched the engine voided the warranty what was I to do when I was off in Texas and find oil all over it it’s almost a year still oil all over the front of the engine

We used their load bank test service. For my company, I refreshed a 40KW generator long forgotten by previous personnel, when I found it in storage. The final test for the 1965 Onan genset with an early Magniciter, was a three hour test at rated output, which it passed easily, I’m happy to report, but not surprised. The two techs dispatched arrived at the appointed time and quickly began their test load setup. Making these arrangements was easy and courteously handled by staff! Also, pleasantly surprised to learn the senior tech, early in his career had worked for the Onan company. He was happy to see an old friend in my magniciter unit giving the junior tech and I some real world magniciter training. Plus, during the three hour run, he shared some history of the brand and assurance we likely will enjoy many years of use, even tho the paint is flaked. I was most appreciative of him being dispatched as well. Test finished, they gave a post run check, cleaned up the site and we parted, with me knowing I have found a valuable partner for all of my gensets. If I could give thousand stars I would. During the middle of our vacation, I contaminated diesel engine with regular gas. WW Williams was the only place who could work on it right away.
