Walked into Wagner Cadillac with my wife and son, and we were greeted by Niko Fuller. My wife was in the market for a new vehicle, and Niko went above and beyond to help us. He took his time, listened to what we wanted, and found the perfect match for our family. No games—He got right down to business and made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Niko to anyone looking for a vehicle. Give him a call and let him help you and your family into your next new car! Tell him Magic Steve sent you ..

My name is Adam Luther, and I am reaching out in desperation regarding a serious issue with my 2014 Cadillac CTS Vsport (3.6 Twin-Turbo) following a federally mandated recall performed at Wagner Cadillac in Tyler, TX. Here are the key facts: My recall invoice clearly states “partially complete,” despite federal law requiring recalls to be fully completed. Wagner Cadillac released my vehicle back to me in this unsafe condition. Immediately after the recall, my rear axle warning light appeared, my transmission cooler line ruptured, and coolant and transmission fluid mixed, causing severe overheating and eventual transmission failure. When I returned for help, Wagner Cadillac refused responsibility, claiming my warranty was voided — even though I only added stop-leak after the breakdown, simply to limp my car home. Instead of repairing the damage, they tried to solicit me to sell my car back to them and purchase a new Cadillac. I have since lost my job due to not having reliable transportation, despite paying cash for this vehicle not long ago. I have filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General, BBB, NHTSA, and GM Corporate, but Wagner Cadillac and GM continue to deny responsibility. This is not just about me. If recalls are being marked “partially complete” and cars are returned unsafe, how many other consumers could be at risk? I am pleading for your help in bringing attention to this case. I have all supporting documentation, including receipts, emails, texts, and photos, and I am willing to provide full details for investigation Sincerely, Adam C. Luther Tyler, TX

Do not do business with this dealership. They don’t care about other peoples time if you’re not a for sure buyer with a 800 credit score they have no time for you. After me waiting to make a deal to buy my wife a Christmas present I called time after time again all day long not one person would return my call. This was after dealing with them three days prior Misty or nobody at the dealership would return a call.

We recently came across Monica’s post on Facebook about a 2021 Nissan Kicks! It was one my daughter has been asking for! I reached out to Monica and told her our situation and explained how we could be there within a week from out of town! She kept us informed and made this process so easy! Great rate and a payment lower than we expected . We showed up and signed papers after test driving it! Shane was hands down the best finance guy ive worked with. Didn’t pressure and was right to the point! I’ve never had such a smooth and easy car buying experience in my life! You guys definitely earned a repeat customer! Thanks Monica and Shane for making this happen!

Very disappointed in this Cadillac dealers service department I drove in for a quote on getting my interior repaired Jan 23, 2026. I was met by a very nice young man in the service department. He gave me a quote and I told him I would let him know within 24 hours what I want to do. I called him back that day about 3 hours later and left him a voice mail and a text with the quote. I asked him to order the part. They told me two weeks. I called back and spoke with him later that week. The second week came and I called about an ETA on the part and repair. I spoke with him and he acted like we had never talked. He ordered the part on the 3rd of February. They will never get any more of my business. I was able to get it done at another dealership same day service. Very disappointed but save $200.00 at the other dealership!

I walked in and randomly met with Lisa Bruns and she did a great job in showing me different cars and explaining the benefits and trying to get me all the information. I could not purchase from her because they could not get the car I wanted in time, but I would have if they could have. If you are in the market for a Cadillac or a used vehicle from Wagner Lisa is great!

Took my wife’s 2019 cadillac xt5 in for a check engine light…they came up with $14000 worth of repairs needed. After paying $600 for a cam exhaust solenoid for the check engine light, we took it somewhere else and had them do a diagnostic check and they came up with nothing. They tried to charge us over 5100 for water pump and radiator that was not leaking. Over 7000 for a rear oil pan leak…but that may have been the price for the front oil pan…only it was not leaking. The video that was shown clearly showed the rear oil pan…i would not trust them to put air in my tires!!! We will NEVER take anything back to them to have them fix or look at anything!!!!

We had an amazing experience working with Monica while buying our new Cadillac Escalade. From start to finish she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. She answered every question we had, made sure we understood all the features, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, kind, and really good at what she does, ask for Monica. We absolutely love our Escalade and are so grateful for her help!

Misty Boothe is the best! She made buying a vehicle a smooth and enjoyable experience and we all know how hard that is to do. I am also incredibly impressed with Wagner Cadillac and the people they choose to employ. Their car detailer called me to inform of something important left in my vehicle, he was so sweet to take the time to call and make sure he could get it to me. Joseph Demeter is so kind. 10 out of 10 recommend Wagner Cadillac and Misty Boothe for your next vehicle purchase!

Used vehicle was advertised at $22,551 with no mention of mandatory add-ons. When I attempted to purchase it at the advertised price, I was informed that a $1,500 protection package was required and could not be removed. The listing price was later increased to $23,000. I was prepared to complete the purchase but was not able to do so at the advertised price. Prospect buyers should confirm the full selling price and any required dealer-installed products before moving forward.

I do not leave reviews lightly. I work in a business where online reviews matter, and I don’t use them to vent or rant. I also had no intention of leaving my own review until I read the public response Wagner Cadillac chose to post to my husband’s one-star review. That response felt dismissive, appeared to validate the technician’s so-called findings, and failed to take ownership of what was a clear breakdown in truthfulness and transparency. After my husband posted his review, I personally spoke with the Wagner Cadillac Service Manager by phone. During that conversation, he was apologetic and acknowledged that there were issues with how the repairs were presented, including the terminology used by the technician. He stated that he would have described the oil pan issue as an oil seep, not a critical repair requiring immediate attention, and agreed that the way the findings were labeled and communicated was problematic. That private conversation, however, was not reflected in the public response, which instead suggested that the original recommendations were justified. To be clear and factual: • Wagner Cadillac quoted over $7,100 for an oil pan repair and marked it critical • They also quoted over $5,100 for a water pump and radiator replacement • A second shop found no water pump leak and no radiator leak • The only issue found was an oil seep, which did not require immediate repair • The Wagner Service Manager acknowledged that “seep” was the more accurate terminology Wagner Cadillac provided video “evidence” where the technician states things like “you can’t see this from here” and “you can’t see this without a light.” The only actual visual evidence provided was of the oil pan. The second shop explained plainly: the reason the other “leaks” could not be seen is because they did not exist. I have photos and videos from both service departments documenting this. As a gesture, the Service Manager offered a free oil change, but did not offer to reimburse the $100 diagnostic fee we were forced to pay out of pocket to another shop simply to confirm that repairs marked as critical were fabricated or significantly overstated. Whether this was due to internal processes or an individual technician’s actions, the outcome is the same: repairs were marked critical when they were not needed. That is a serious failure. I appreciate the apology given privately, but accountability matters publicly. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Wagner Cadillac’s service department.

Working with Wagner Cadillac was a pleasant experience. Certainly different than experiences I have had with other dealerships. They did exactly what they said they would do, no games, and no pressure. Monica took care of us from the get go. I can say that I had a 5 star experience.

Jodi made the vehicle buying experience super easy and got us a great deal. I love my vehicle! I also had a good experience with their service department when I had a small issue with my vehicle and needed an oil change. It’s been a while since I have experienced the care and commitment to delivering quality customer service that Jodi and Wagner has shown me.
