We dropped the car off for an 8am oil change. We were told we would get a text when the car went in & when it was ready we would get a text & a call. By 9am we hadn't received any communication so we went to see what was going on. After about 15 minutes of waiting we were given back the keys & we paid, come to find out the car had been done since 8:45. They didn't reach out to let us know the car was done until 9:45, which was 30 minutes after we picked it up.

Auto Care Customer Service is lacking- very unfriendly and uncaring. Saw them make fun of a Hispanic lady in front of her for her accent. Told multiple people who did not have an appointment that they couldn't service them instead of guiding them to appointments or putting them on standby. Needs more workers if only 3 service personnel show up on a Saturday. Gave two stars because they did get the job done and did so accurately.

Workers always have attitude for 0 reason. How hard is it to not hate your job? If you want to wait 3 hours for an oil change (if you do get lucky enough for them to accept you), be my guest!

(Helpful Tip: Try the Walmart Auto Care Center location at 845 Palm Bay Rd NE, West Melbourne, over this location. You'd be glad you did!) This morning, I arrived at this Walmart Auto Shop location (1040 Malabar Rd, Palm Bay, FL) around 8:30 a.m.. I was told by Eli at the counter that there weren't any technicians available to exchange my dead battery... a battery that was just installed two months ago! He said that they were only taking care of customers with appointments, and he couldn't guarantee when or if they'd be able to service my car. When I asked how to make an appointment, he said that they only take appointments for oil changes and tires, not batteries. So, I left there and drove to the 845 Palm Bay Rd location only a few miles away, and got immediate, more friendlier service! And was even told that battery issues are considered emergency and that I didn't need an appointment! Like, wow! Going to the second location was a TOTAL different experience than what I got at this 1040 Malabar Rd. location... where there seemed to be no concern at all for my time or my issue! I'm so glad I followed my mind and left!

I have to rate ot 4 not 5 because of the auto mechanics knowledge and the counter persons ability to think as fast as a jet engine. And he knew exactly what I needed and what to do in my situation walmart repairs will save you from yourself and myself a bunch of times he even offered to come out and repair my car for free and invited me for dinner with the entire family. Thanks Walmart I hope you hire people like this, God knows we need people like this to hire them where I work. Good work everyone at Walmart you're the most awesome !!!!!!!!!! Doblem was ahead of time his brain is humongous when it comes to walmart auto repair he was able to triple the workload using his head and handled the tool like a pro. GM.

They are very busy but when you get a hold of someone they are very helpful. Ricky and the other gentleman were kind and patient when assisting me. It's a shame they won't install my tires after years of it being done at the same Walmart with the same size and type, but they are working harder to follow Walmart protocols, so I do respect it. Maybe Walmart can consider giving customers the option of signing a form that relives them of any fault if/when a customer chooses to put a different size tire or rim.

Terrible service. Wasted 3 hours of my time waiting in their lobby for a tire change that never happened. I never received any text alerts about whether my truck was being worked on. The Walmart app said the service was on hold and there was a problem, but when I asked the associates at the service center, they tell me it means nothing and that it’s being worked on. Another hour and a half goes by and I ask the manager and he says they need the lug nut key and that I would have to reschedule. Definitely could have been avoided if any communication happened whatsoever.

I wouldn’t even give a star but I had too , this Walmart auto department is so bad tbh. No notification when car is done no grace period. Made my car stay overnight because management refused to checked me out so I can go home. Bad customer service overall and just to install tires was over $60 I’m going to missel down the road next time. Don’t waste your money on the service here.

Don't take your car there. Extremely long wait time 3 hours for a tire plug. Then they take your car out in the back parking lot and do dounts with it. Saw it myself. And no one seems to care .

Malabar Road location is much friendlier and flexible than the WM tire center I used to go to. Took very good care of my van and were pretty quick too.

Came on time for an appointment for an oil change at 4:30pm. Wasn’t even checked in by the employees until 4:40 and on top or that my vehicle took 2 Hours for a simple oil change. Mind you, I usually change the oil myself but I need it done “professionally” for my warranty. This is what I get for trying to get a “cheap” oil change. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere. This location is horrible.

Ordered 4 tires and installation at this location. My vehicle rims are 35”. When I got there I was told they can’t install them at this location and that I’d have to go to the Vero beach supercenter 40 minutes south. They blamed “the system” for allowing me to make an appointment for install of this size tire at their location, but they made no effort to contact me before the appointment regarding the issue. I canceled the order and they issued a refund at least, but still wasted my time. Make sure you call and confirm they can install the tire size you need before purchasing.

Don't even bother. I just wanted to pick up 4 tires no installation. Tell me why I had to wait 40 minutes for them to tell me they only had 3 and lost one. Seriously? What a cluster unorganized joke. Will never be back.

Please consider getting your tires done somewhere else. I got my tires changed about a year ago and from the very beginning it was a terrible experience. I purchased the tires, package and everything and since then they don't honor the tire rotation and balance when I bring my vehicle for service. The staff is rude all around and the manager isn't helpful either. Today I came for an oil change and the option to select tire rotation is not available in the app when you schedule a service. However I asked when I dropped off my vehicle, first the person at the counter (Nasir) said it wasn't possible, then he went to ask and came back and told me they will do the rotation, at checkout when I asked about it they said the rotation was not done and Nasir told me that I was lying and he told me it wasn't possible at the beginning which is not true. Anyways, I'm not usually one to complain but if someone else sees this comment I hope they reconsider to do oil change or tires services here because I am regretting it now. Also I had left a feedback to Walmart when I initially did the tire change and never heard about it.
