A bit disappointed. They told me the nail in my tire was on the wall and not the tread and that I would have to get a whole new tire, knowing better and knowing it was indeed in the tread, I went right down the street and got it patched for $10. Kind staff but misleading.

Auto guys are fantastic. A little rough and gruff for my taste but they were genuine and helped me understand what needed to be done to my car. Helpful in recommendations. Overall happy with my experience.

I arrived at 4 in the afternoon, my car was last but a car arrived behind me and that car was passed before my car and others who were waiting. It seems disrespectful to me, this process must respect the order of arrival.

Went in for a headlight bulb change on S. Rutherford. Aaron waited on me. He's waited on me before being always kind & professional with a good sense of humor. I was in & out in :10mins. Thanks Aaron now I can see into the future👀 & it's brighter 🌅!

One of our tires only lasted a couple months before needing replaced again. When we went in to see if we could get a new one free or at least have it patched for free, we were denied. We didn’t have to pay much for the new one, but we shouldn’t have had to pay anything. If you’re in the Murfreesboro area, go to Bud’s Tires instead.

Pulled up. Got greeted after a minute or two, wanted an oil change. "Sure pull right up behind the other car should be about 5 minutes". There were 2 cars in the station, the only two there. Took them 10 minutes to clear them, then they all walk out of the station and sat down and had lunch on the bench behind me. I sat in my car maybe another 10 minutes and then left.

I haven't used Walmart in years but went for a tire rotation. On the receipt shows they checked my tire pressure. The next day my tires showed very low and my light came on in my car. Took it back, they never put air in my tires🤦‍♀️. Just lied. And didn't recalibrate one of my sensors, so it was showing in the wrong place. Smh, Had to wait 10 minutes just to talk to someone about putting air in the tires that they supposedly did the day before. I hope they actually put oil in my car. Stay away! One of the employees ( Matt) I think his name is needs to find a new job, he hates his job and it shows.

Pulled up for an oil change this morning and there were NO other cars in the parking lot. One car was pulled into the auto center and one singular man was servicing that vehicle. he watched me pull up and even stopped what he was doing to look directly at me, went back to what he was doing and never even acknowledged me. I wait on my vehicle for about 5-7 minutes and then decide to get out to see if I could get any service. Nobody was inside behind the register. At this point I had decided i would just go somewhere else and i tried to get out but the door was locked. That same man came to open it and i asked if I could get an oil change. In a VERY matter of factly way, I was told that I would need to move my vehicle over slightly in order to receive service. Just go to the walmart on Old Fort or your dealership. Very disrespectful and unprofessional seeing as how the majority of employees in the auto department aren't even real auto techs.

Then an employee decides to come out and smoke next to my car which I had in infant in!!! I dont smoke!! Why have your employees smoke next to my infant!!!! There was clearly a smoke shake 4 cars lengths behind me!! Had time to smoke yet im waiting for 25 min???? Brought my truck in at 7:30 they open at 7. Waited for about an hour and my car still wasn’t under the changing place. Come back 30 minutes later and the cars that were behind me have been serviced. I come to ask questions about how long it’s gonna be and they can’t even figure out how to turn the car on( push and turn it’s simple) and I didn’t get a phone call and they didn’t even ask when I went to check on it the first time. Either they don’t care or wasn’t trying to get my car serviced because why wouldn’t you call and ask after an HOUR AND A HALF. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have hours to waste walking around the store🤷🏾‍♀️

None of the new people are friendly or even care about the job. It takes them 10/15 minutes to even walk to your vehicle in the line lane to start your service. Once you get your sticker expect to wait 1 to 3 hrs! By the way today my vehicle was first in line and took 1hr and 50 minutes to complete. Just seems no one working there gives a darn about fast friendly service anymore. It's really sad they get away with it too. Definitely don't go there if you cant sit around and wait up to 3hrs for an oil change. Really don't deserve the 1 star.

Every time I go to this auto Center they give me an absolutely ignorant wait time at least 2-3 hours there was only 4 vehicles and 2 were in tire repairs two were in the oil change lane the tech gave me a wait time of two hours? An oil change literally takes 15 minutes tops and 2 techs that I seen on duty it’s just laziness honestly coming from someone with automotive experience. I will not return nor recommend this location to anyone

When I arrived to buy a new tire, the system was down and they were unable to sell me one. However, when I asked if they could put on the spare I had on hand, they completed this service for me for free and were very friendly and apologetic that they could not give me the new tire. I will definitely be going back for my service needs.

I made an appointment on the Walmart app and when I got there, I went ahead and got all checked in, there were no problems. About 45 minutes later, I got a call to come to the auto center. Turns out they didn’t have my oil. Why would you not only allow someone to make an appointment, but check them in as well without telling them anything?

Checked in at 12:53 for a flat repair. tire already removed from the car . Placed it where they asked me to. It was never touched from there till when I decided I would do it myself and grabbed it at 2:10, after standing at the register to checkout being ignored from 1:46 to 2:05 with the other items I was purchasing. I finally walked to the front checkout and around the outside to my car.

Four hour wait Bought new tires (the only ones they had) they didn't know how to get the tires on the rim so they scratched my rims so bad they can't be repaired on the paper it says there's 32 psi but it was 35/34 this happens about every time I go there left two air caps off at this point I'm done I hope these tires work until I figure something else out I don't trust them with my life going down the road I absolutely do not recommend this shop

Half of these reviews are written by ignorant people who just cry when they don’t get there way. The team is amazing as of right now. It’s not that hard to be a good human and not throw a fit.

Lisa went above and beyond to help me today. I picked up a screw in my tire at the end of their workday and she didn't have my size tire in stock, she called other locations to find one for me and the guys in the shop put my donut spare on my car at no charge! They were all so nice and helpful!!

Long wait times. Not a big deal. I get that they have a lot of work to get through. They replaced a tire for me, but couldn’t find the correct paperwork, and didn’t secure the balancing weight to the tire. It came off in my hand when I picked up the tire. Needing more supervision and quality control maybe?

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with the Auto Care Center manager, Zakk. I bought a set of windshield wipers right before a storm, and they were not wiping properly, leaving a large portion of the windshield unwiped. I returned to the store to see if they could be replaced or upgraded, and I was fully willing to pay the price difference if needed. I showed Zakk a piece of plastic that had come off the blade, and instead of listening or explaining anything, he tossed it away with visible disdain and said it “shouldn’t be there anyway.” He then told me he would only upgrade the blades if I bought a new set — but at no point did he explain why replacement wasn’t an option or what the policy actually was. Throughout the entire interaction, his tone was aggressive and dismissive, and it felt like he was talking down to me, as if I had no right to ask questions. I’m an immigrant and not always perfectly fluent, but that does not justify being treated with disrespect or spoken to in a hostile manner. A simple, calm explanation of store policy would have been more than enough. Instead, the attitude I received was essentially: this is what you got, and if you want anything better, you have to pay — end of discussion. That kind of behavior from a manager is unacceptable. Walmart should seriously review how customer-facing managers are trained, because this experience left me shaken and reluctant to return to this Auto Care Center.
