Good honest people! Had an issue with an previous alignment on my classic car and when I came back they were very helpful and corrected the issue with no problems!!! Went in for an alignment for my GTO . Subframe was replaced and I had my brother in law recommend me this shop. Spoke with Ray and he helped me out. Also let me know I needed new tires . They took one look at my car, asked a few questions, and immediately knew what was needed to fix the situation. It was an emergency that could have resulted in an accident at any moment, but they knew exactly what to do. They identified the problem, showed me what was wrong, and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Very helpful and fast. Luis Saez helped me get all of the maintenance done on my daily driver that I depend on. Worked with me and even got me approved for a 90 day same as cash payment deal. Car was done in less than a day and got all the services done. Techs are great and explain everything they are doing. Owner is also a very nice man who is always there and ready to help. Had a rattling noise coming from the steering wheel. Originally found Wheel Depot from a Yelp Project. They offered free inspection/estimate and was less than 2 miles away from me. Although my car issue was no easy fix, the guys at Wheel Depot did not give up and found alternative and cost-saving solutions, even reaching out to other resources to get the job done. Ray was the initial one to inspect my car and explained what the problem was. Tony gave me updates on the progress of my car which I truly appreciate. Between the two of them, they helped find a solution to my car issue. Also, I was planning on taking public transportation to get back home upon dropping off my car. Tony offered to have one of the technicians who was gonna test drive the car drop me off at home, killing 2 birds with 1 stone. I say all this because the guys at Wheel Depot have the best customer service. Thanks Wheel Depot!

This place was amazing. I went to another shop down the street and told them I had wires showing on my tire and I needed new tires. They told me they were too busy and come back the next day. I drove down the street and found this place. They immediately helped me and with in 2hrs I had new tires and an alignment. They were so helpful and took care of my needs and had me driving safely again.

Took my truck in to get the wheels powder coated through Bradford powder coating. This shop removed the tires and sent my wheels to get powder coated. When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was told I owed an additional $90 because they replaced the TPMS on one wheel because one was removed and it broke during the removal process. No phone call. No checking to see if the customer was ok with that additional charge. This is incredibly bad business practice to simply replace an unnecessary part and not tell the customer about it until I show up to pick up the vehicle. I asked the guy at the counter and his response was "this is what they told me they did" which means there's no manager. It really sucks because I've had alignments and other work done here without issue but now I'll just go somewhere else.

While driving, a warning light popped up on my dashboard, so I Googled a nearby tire shop and found this place. I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The issue turned out to be a faulty TPMS sensor, and they diagnosed it quickly. The staff was friendly, the wait time was short, and the prices were very reasonable.
