Chris, this guy told me to come at 9am on his repair shop. I was waiting for more than an hour he didn't show up. I called him five to six times didn't reply. He showed up after 70 minutes and told me he didn't see my messages or calls and also he can't do the job today. So unprofessional and careless guy.

I highly recommend Chris Morales & Wichita Auto Repair, because of his honesty, dedication, & skill as a mechanic. He was able to guide us through a complex electrical problem with my (prior-to-this) -'reliable' car, and assist us through a challenging 'weekend' trip from Denver. Back in Colorado now, I'm reminded of his personal sacrifices in order to help us on Mother's Day weekend, when everyone else had closed. This may be our 'First & Last Experience' at his shop, but, there are fair & honest people out there, ---and some of them are "mechanics". Chris is one, & Wichita Auto Repair earned my trust! Our Daughter lives in Oklahoma and attends Wichita State. She was in Wichita visiting friends when her car broken down on a Saturday. We live in Oklahoma so looked online and selected Chris based upon the past reviews and ratings. Chris answered on a Saturday while he was out of town. He made several suggestions on things to try to get the car started. He even asked us to call him back if we couldn't get the car started. After trying what Chris recommended the car still wouldn't start so called Chris back then had car towed to Chris' shop (Wichita Auto Repair). Chris met us on Sunday to get the car keys. He had the car repaired within two days. He was very affordable and professional. If our daughter has any future auto repair needs while attending Wichita State we will send her to Chris. We trust him to do the right thing at the right price.

After breaking down on the Kansas turnpike I googled auto repair nearby and found Chris’s shop. Once my truck was towed to his shop he met me in the alley and diagnosed it on the spot. Turns out water pump died. He immediately ordered the parts and had me back on the road in less than two hours. Thank you Chris for your honest and very professional work.
