Much more speedy this time. I have a GT350 and they had to go to Burkburnett to pick up filter last time. Oil change also went up 20 bucks probably going to change myself next time. Oh and left finger smudges all over my door.

I have a 2023 f150, the back window would not come up. Initially drove it to Ford in Burkburnett. I was told it would be at least 2 weeks before they would even look at it. Drove to Ford in Wichita Falls, they looked at, ordered the part, and I picked up the truck the next day.

Absolute worst service department ever. Severe lack of communication. Having an appointment makes no difference because they still can’t get to you, even though it took seven weeks to get the appointment. I would give them no stars but it’s not an option. Second time to take my car in 7 weeks and they couldn’t service it either time.

Had appointment for service; appointment time was kept. Only complaint is that my vehicle was close in mileage to its 15000 mile checkup and they didn’t ask me if I wanted to take care of it at the same time; but maybe they can’t do that at QuickLane.

For oil changes I have no problems with the Ford house here in wichita fall, But I do have a problem with service department telling me they will get some to call me back. First time I was told I would receive a call back on July 5th right after the holiday. We my husband has talk with them since then (he had to call them) and easy told the dame thing... it has a recall and engine light on , I guess we won't be buying from Ford house again. We have bought or last 3 cars here...

I brought my 2013 Ford Edge in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also mentioned that my dome lights did not come on when door is opened. I brought the car in around 10:00 am and it was not ready until the next morning. They had trouble finding out why the dome lights were not coming on. It was finally decided that it was the fuse. I was surprised because that is what I thought would be check first. I am just thankful the problem was found. This is the first time I have ever encountered an issue.

While getting an oil change we spoke to Josh Bielke about a notice we had received for work we had done and paid for at a different dealership he looked at our paperwork and said he would process for reimbursement, true to his word our reimbursement is on the way. He was awesome!

Full 30K service with oil change, filters, tires rotated, air In tires checked, and the 120 maintenance check points completed as well as wiper blade replacement all completed right at the hour mark. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm, I was 10 minutes early, and received my suv back at Approximately 1:50. Retail cost $154. Mainly because of the wiper blade each coasting $25.xx each, since SUV needed 3. However, I have the FORD Rewards which covered all but $24 worth. The asked me questions regarding the vehicle confirming my desired service request and was very professional about it all, even accepting the Ford Rewards for the bulk of payment. They answered all my technical questions and confirmed the next maintenance interval, just use the app or web site. Yes I know some of their pricing is a little higher than some places, since I have a Ford, their computer keeps tabs on my regular maintenance and car fax is also updated thus allowing for a higher trade in a couple years, showing regular maintenance low mileage etc. They are very professional and attentive and We highly recommend them especially if you have a ford family type vehicle ford, Lincoln mercury etc. or if you bought a used vehicle from them, it also a piece of mind

My car had a recall, so I made an appointment. It took just over 2 hours which I knew about the time frame. They called me when it was ready to pick up and sent a shuttle for me. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I've always had a great experience with their repair department

I went to two other dealerships to have recall work done on my 21 explorer this was the only one that was completely transparent with me about the whole situation. They had to order parts, in between they let me know where we were in the process. After parts arrived they got me scheduled in quickly and the repairs took a few hours. They offered me a ride to wherever I needed to go to wait for repairs to be done. Kudos for the great communication and quick repair work.

Complete garbage! Attempted 4 times to repair my vehicle and couldn't "replicate" the issue! Wouldn't work on my vehicle until their technicians could get the vehicle to "malfunction" for them even though the computer told them exactly what the issue was. On top of it all they WRECKED my vehicle and then blamed it on me and are trying to tell me they won't pay for the damages they caused!! Liars and crooks!! STAY AWAY!!

Pros: Customer attendants are polite, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Prices are decent. Cons: Techs leaving a mess in my [clean] vehicle is always a pet peeve. At my last service the tech didn't even have the vehicle for 20 minute and ate in it! There were crumbs everywhere, which was infuriating since I had just vacuumed it out for my wife.
