Took my bmw there regreted it almost instantly it took hours to get too. I checked his work later on he didnt do a thing to my car at all .later that day i had to go to another mechanic to get it fix

This auto shop provided me good customer service and timely and quality work at a fair price (compared to a commercial/chain auto shop). I’m usually hesitant about going to a new mechanic in fear of being taken advantage of but never felt that way here which I really appreciate.

I went to this place to get minor work done on my car because someone referred me to this place. This auto shop wasn't very welcoming and you couldn't even pull in because the place is flooded with sitting vehicles. This guy named kat said he would take a look at my car but this guy flaked on me because I had to change the appointment so I called this shop numerous times and left a message but no one answered this place might be a waste of time.

DO NOT TRUST THE WITH YOUR VEHICLE. They literally left my engine cradle barely on after having my jeep for a month. Currently in process of sending them the notice of my intent to suit currently. There negligence could have killed me and my 2 toddlers. Incompetent at its finest.

I was quoted one price and told another that was way more expensive not only that I’ve had the work done before on my car and it didn’t cost no where near what Wilson’s was trying to charge me. I should’ve seen the red flags when they charged me 150.00 labor to change a couple of fuses!!🤬🤬

I tried out this shop after my dad referred me after I’d be scammed by the Hyundai Dealership in Hampton off Neil Armstrong Pkwy. They were amazing with communication, advice & patience. My car sat for almost 3 weeks at Hyundai and at Wilson’s I was basically in and out! Between ordering parts & service they are FAST! Trust in this shop.
