I was in and out in quickly with a loaner Escalade after I dropped off my XT6 for an oil change and inspection. I cant say enough wonderful things. If I could give Brian in sales 6 stars I would. Everyone from sales, to finance/warranty dept.... service.... my parents went here for everything for many years and this is my first caddy. These people understand customer service. These people understand their product and they listen to their customer. Which is why most have been there many years/decades. Don't waste your time anywhere else.... seriously. I've bought vehicles before elsewhere and the experience was fine-after all when isn't getting a new ride a good day?! But these people are on another level of customer care. Thank you!!

It is amazing, has all the buttons and gadgets. You need and has Bose, surround speakers, and sounds amazing. Woodhouse, you have honest truthful opinion, you ROCK and I will always buy from you. I scheduled a 3:15 PM car check-up, but my vehicle hasn’t been inspected yet, and I was asked to leave it without any transportation arranged. I spoke with Bev, who was extremely unprofessional and informed me that rescheduling isn’t possible for another two weeks. This unacceptable customer service has convinced me to never return to this facility.

I'm very happy and impressed with the level of service that Bev Burgess provides me with on my 2012 Cadillac CTS, my 2004 Cadillac Escalade EXT and my 2004 Cadillac Escalade ESV. For 5 years she calls me with updates, instead of like other places I've experienced, having to call them for updates and shuttle service. If it's going to take an extra day, you won't be waiting and wondering if it's ready for pickup or not. She calls you. You can feel that Bev and Woodhouse Cadillac cares about their customers. Thank you for everything! I absolutely love my Cadillacs and your service.

Avoid this dealership. I brought my 2021 Cadillac XT5 in for a temperature gauge issue and was told it would be covered under warranty. Before even diagnosing the problem, Woodhouse said I needed a new radiator and battery. A second mechanic later confirmed neither repair was necessary (not to mention Woodhouse had previously replaced the radiator in this vehicle). Soon after, GM issued a Service Action Program Notice for this exact temperature gauge issue, and I submitted a reimbursement claim. Both Woodhouse and GM denied my claim stating the repair was done by a non GM mechanic and not for the exact part under this Special Coverage Program. If Woodhouse had properly handled the issue when I brought my vehicle in for service, I would not have needed outside repairs. I ultimately sold the vehicle rather than continue dealing with this dealership.
