Thank you to Mark for being absolutely incredible this morning! My family only has one vehicle so we were already dreading how much a repair and a rental would cost us when our check engine light came on yesterday. After losing 4 hours between driving to two Hyundai dealerships just to be told spark plugs are not a part of the engine (and hence not under warranty) I decided to head over to a local shop. Thank gosh I did and thank gosh for Mark. He didn’t belittle me or talk over me just because I’m a woman (which is always a fear) and even went out of his way to teach me some tricks so I make sure I’m not taken advantage of in the future. He was able to diagnose and replace the parts for me in the moment so that I wouldn’t have to get a rental car and be able to return to work that day. I have learned my lesson and will always go to Mark and his team first in the future (though I hope to not have to be back anytime soon haha)!

Don’t be deceived by the looks. These guys are top rate. I was visiting and some bolts snapped on my muffler pipe. They fit me in and had the repair done in 30 minutes. Price was more than fair. I sure appreciated them fitting me in right away

Made a great impression on me. The day before beginning our long drive back to Minnesota I noticed a grinding noise coming from my rear brakes - awesome. I called, expecting there was no way they'd be able to take a look with the 4 hours remaining in their work day but they told me to bring it in. Long story short, they knew I was in a bind, from out of town and would have had to believe what they said and pay whatever they told me I owed. Instead he told me my brakes were okay and the scraping I heard was from a small piece of rust that had fallen and gotten stuck. I offered to pay for their time to inspect and clean it out and they told me no charge. I had to at least drop off some beer - seemed only fair 🙂. Great to find an honest mechanic. If I lived here that'd be my place, but since I'm not I wanted to at least spread the word for people in similar situations, that you can trust what they recommend. Thank you!

Man Mark and his team are all a bunch of awesome laid back guys that really know what they’re doing. Mark quickly helped reshape my old muffler/exhaust and reinstalled it to help quiet the loudness of my 1978 VW T2 (bus). Additionally, he helped helped unbend my front bumper so I didn’t have to order a new one. I have been coming to see Mark and his team for coming on 22 years now. I started mainly with mufflers and exhaust related issues and upgrades, but have been having them tackle anything outside my automotive comfort levels. Mark and his guys always fit me in promptly and are very affordable. He is always fair on price and easy to work with. I called and came in here super frustrated because of my experience at Jiffy Lube next door. They forgot to screw a plastic piece of my car back on after an oil change so it was dragging the ground and wanted me to wait an additional hour+ to fix it, after I just spent 2 hours waiting for the service and getting it performed. I should’ve asked his name, but the man at the desk immediately took my car, got it up and installed screws to ensure the piece stays put, free of charge. It’s rare to find this kind of service and quality of human these days. I would come back here, and if I were you— I’d get your car repaired here. Seems like an honest, quality shop.
