This was maybe the easiest thing ever. After a stone cracked my windshield, I called 911 Windshield Repair to schedule a replacement. The next day JD and Edgar came to my home and fixed everything in about an hour. The new windshield & alignment are perfect and the whole thing took maybe 5-10 minutes of my time. Efficient and high quality workmanship. Highly recommend.

JD and Edgar are awesome. When I bought my car the previous owner had the windshield replaced at Safelite and it was terrible. Here are the problems with the Safelite install: they used non-OEM glass which made the plastic trim for my lane sensing unit hang out of place, they didn't calibrate my lane sensors when they installed them, and they bent the tabs on my rear view mirror causing it to barely be held in place. When I called Safelite they fought with me about getting the issues corrected. Before I could get Safelite to fix it, a rock took out the windshield and that's when I found 911. They were able to get me new factory glass covered by insurance along with a new rear view mirror and trim. Now my car is back to factory fit and finish. They also did a great job calibrating my sensors. This is the only place to take you car if you want a quality windshield replacement. Thanks again guys!

I'm so glad I came across JD and his company 911 Windshield Repair & Replacement. I had a small rock chip from driving on the freeway that led to a huge 12+ inches crack the next day. JD was able to help with my claim for my insurance and got me in the next few days. I was able to get OEM windshield, recalibration and everything done very professionally. They are very responsive, respectful, and professional. This location even had a mini arcade and nice area to lounge while you wait. They were so quick that I actually wanted to wait longer because of their awesome waiting room. Overall, the work was done professionally and I'm very happy with the outcome and service provided. Solid Service!! Had a small crack on my windshield that got bigger overtime to the point I was told I had to replace the whole front windshield smh. Did some research and found this business. Spoke with JD, which then led us to hoping on a 3-way call with my insurance company to get the claim done everything was quick n easy. After a few days trying to get approval for an OEM Toyota windshield replacement, JD made it happen and got the approval done. Scheduled an appointment to get it replaced that week, I didn’t have to drive to his shop, he drove to my workplace and got it done, installed, and replaced which was very convenient! Don't go anywhere else for your windshield repair or replacement! I was originally planning on getting a windshield repair since nobody else could repair the crack and I have a high insurance deductible but JD found the fine print in my insurance policy for only a $50 glass deductible for a full windshield replacement! I was unsure at first because I didn't want my insurance rates to go up but he helped explain that my glass deductible was separate from collisions. He got on the phone right then and there to get insurance approval for the recalibration and replacement! He was very fast to respond to communications, quick, timely and efficient in replacing my windshield and saved me so much money! Worth every penny.

JD and his sweet pup, Oreo were excellent to work with! He came within the time window he stated, had pertinent information especially with my specific car in mind (Tesla Model 3). He had multiple payment options and he was friendly throughout the short 15-20 minute process. My clip this time was about the size of a dime (for context).
