I just moved to the East side of the state and my equinox was making this clicking noise, so I asked around on Nextdoor for a good shop that was timely, affordable and wouldn't try to take advantage of me. A & A Auto was recommended numerous times. And from the first phone call to schedule my appointment, I understood why. They are so kind (!!!), timely, and affordable. I really expected to pay an arm and a leg to get my car diagnosed and fixed but it wasn't that bad!! Especially since I had 3 different things done to my car: actuator fixed/replaced, oil& filter change and sway bar links replaced. I cannot recommend this place enough! I'm happy to say in the future I will only be taking my car to A & A auto! If all of that isn't reason enough to go there, they're Lions fans too!

I’ve been taking my vehicles to them for the past 1 year. Have installed new brakes and a/c compressor and they have done a great job so far. Everyone is friendly and courteous and give you their honest assessment. The pricing is also reasonable. I’ll definitely recommend them!

If you're looking for someone who is HONEST and will go above and beyond for you, take yourself to A and A. Paul has built his business from the ground up, and he has such a high rating because of how decent, honest, and dependable he is. I wouldn't trust anyone aside from Paul with my car. He's very down to earth and even offers free rides if you have to bring your car in! Tell him Amanda sent you, and you'll probably get a bigger discount :)

There is a reason these guys have 4.9 stars. Saved me 1200 dollars. Dealership said they inspected my fuses and vehicle and deemed that both the main bulbs were out and that total the headlights would cost 1200. A n A discovered it was just a fuse and charged me a couple of dollars for it if anything. Definitely would recommend.

A&A has always been honest, fair and customer-focused in their assessment of repairs, pricing and timing of work. I have taken three vehicles to A&A over the years and Paul, Vince, Dan, John and the repair techs have been fantastic. My son's car recently had a tire come off while driving, and the vehicle had to be towed to A&A and without an appointment. Yet with all the scheduled work A&A had, they managed to work my son's repair into their workload, provided updates and finished the work ahead of the anticipated completion. I trust my vehicles to A&A and plan to be a lifelong customer. I highly recommend A&A.

Very nice people. I hàd an issue and had to make an appointment for later in the week, they were so busy. I had some plastic hanging off the front of the car they fixed it for $40. Not too bad. Thier diagnostic price is really cheap comparitivly.

You won't find a more honest auto repair shop. Paul and Vince are great to work with, and they will make it right in the unlikely event that there's a problem with the repair. It's always busy because people know that they can trust A&A. Other shops have come and gone; this one has been in business for many years, with good reason.
