My car had been in an accident and needed a lot of fixing. It took quite a while to get the parts but that was to be expected because of supply chain issues. They communicated with me on a regular basis as to where that was at and as soon as the parts came in they were able to give me a date for repair. They were completely professional at all times and they know what they're talking about. The work on my car was done in the amount of time they said it was going to be done, in fact a couple days earlier. A couple times a week I got a call telling me where they were at with the car. The car was done it was perfect. They're personable and their work is terrific and they communicate. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were wonderful and professional from the start. The ladies at the front desk were so nice to my 2.5 year old anytime we went up to the shop. Highly recommend! After being told by a dealership to bring my car in at the end of July for repairs (accident happened mid April), I contacting Action Collision and I’m glad I did! Never had to call to ask for an update because they ALWAYS called when they said they would to update me. Top notch service, from top to bottom! Kept me informed throughout the entire process, repairs were completed 2 days early (!!) First time getting body work done after, saw 4.9 revier star average on Google and after doing research, figured that these guys were the pros. Could not have made a better choice; car looks great, inside of the vehicle was detailed, and the infotainment issue that I had prior was seemingly resolved. Body work is impeccable, can't even tell that my car was damaged. Very simple process from preliminary estimate to completion of work.. I will be taking all of my vehicles to action collision moving forward. Great people, great business!! They exceeded my expectations by a MILE. Thanks guys!!

From the giant, clean building and comfortable, well-appointed waiting room to the courteous and professional employees who provide excellent customer service, everything about this place is top-notch. The work was outstanding - including the fact my car was done one full day before it was promised (between Christmas and New Year!). Action Collision is a preferred vendor of Meemic and I totally understand why. I will definitely recommend it to others and although I hope I don't need a collision shop ever again, I know where I'll go, if necessary.

My husband and I brought in my Jeep Compass that I got for my birthday. It was a side swipe by hit-and-run drunk driver. The guy told us that he took the door off completely and would repaint the whole door well within 6 weeks. The paint flaked off and when I brought it back up to them, they said it wasn't their problem. It's not an honest place.They do shady work , go somewhere else

They have been absolutely awesome! The communication was the best. I received calls 2 x a week with updates about the progress. They had my car for 6 weeks and knew the frustration of not having my car. They were never irritated that I called them and asked any questions. Always professional and polite. Everyone that I talked to was very compassionate and understanding for the situation. They worked exceptionally well with my insurance and rental company. I would go there again for any body work. I highly recommend.

Only giving them 2 stars because they gave us a very small discount after everything they put us through. Regardless of the discount, I do not recommend Gerber at all. Our Nissan Ariya had minor body damage. We were told it would take 10 days when we signed the contract & denied a rental car because of this. It ended up taking 41 DAYS… so we lost an entire month of our car payment/insurance on top of the cost to fix the car. During this 41 days, communication from Gerber was nonexistent unless we called them first asking for an update. Our vehicle is electric & they also somehow drained the battery while working on our car..? So we had to go out of our way to drop off a charger for them. Everything from signing the contract to getting our car back was so unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

I’m giving two stars (instead of one) because of Matt. As soon as Matt was back in the office, I knew more dealing with Matt for 24 hours than I did throughout the entire process of my car’s repair (14 days). My experience was nothing but frustrating. Communication was poor— every time I spoke to the shop, they were waiting on a new part to come in or a new repair to be finalized (which I was never made aware of). I got side swiped, and there was minimal damage to my vehicle. When I picked up my car, Matt had to take my car to the back twice, due to several dashboard sensors going off and additional wax left on the paint. Overall, I will say the repairs look good. But, it was not worth the frustration and headache. If you do choose to get your repair done here, request to be in communication with Matt throughout the process.

I had an insurance claim on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was side swiped on the passenger side. They were supposed to wet sand and correct the paint after the first time they called me to pick up. It had really bad orange peel look after they painted. Long story short, now that the weather is nice. I can see they did not correct the orange peel like they said. It’s my fault for not looking at it closer in different light when I picked it up at the end of December.

8/6/25 Edit after the shop responded to my review: Nobody ever tried to contact me. No calls, voicemails or emails. Had some substantial repairs done on my car at a different shop, which had some QC issues. I was instructed by Progressive to take my car here to have those issues addressed. The issues were panel alignment issues, some paint touch-ups, and a couple other small things (vehicle logos, trunk light). The only repairs that were satisfactory were the small things. The alignment of my rear bumper is about the same as when it arrived, the trunk alignment is even worse. The previous shop left sand scratches in the paint, Gerber fixed that, but this time around there are tape marks in the clear. Go figure. It took them 8 weeks to complete this work and did a poor job at providing updates. I had to call every time to get the status of my car. For what its worth, the previous shop had the car on the frame machine, cut and spliced in a new rear clip, painted 2 bumpers and quarter panels and had all that done in 3 weeks. Also a large franchise shop. I won't even bother taking the car back to them again, I can't afford to be without a vehicle for another 8 weeks. Just not worth my time anymore.

My Ford Focus was caught in a freak hailstorm on the way to the grand canyon. The hail dented the heck out of my hood and roof, took out a tail light, and broke the trim around my windshield. It was a mess and once we drove home I did my research and found Action Collision sounded like a great, reputable company. Not everyone handles hail damage, but I was happy to hear that they did. After the initial review and insurance claim I was told that I would have to wait approximately 6 weeks for the hood to come in as they would have to replace the whole thing, and the supply chain isn't quite back to where it should be (no fault of Action Collision.) Once it came in, I dropped off my car. They kept me updated with frequent status check-ins, which I really appreciated. A day after I picked up my car, one of the trim pieces around the hood popped up and flew off as I was driving it on the freeway. Action realized that the plastic housing the trim clicked into was broken and needed replacement, so they worked with my insurance to add it to the claim and took care of replacing it and the waylaid trim piece. I was nervous about this because I had told my insurance that I was all set and we could close the claim, but I hadn't driven the car at freeway speeds, so I didn't realize the trim was not truly locked into place. Something that wouldn't have come to light until I was driving at a high speed. Action let me know that even though I said the claim was closed, it wasn't a situation where there was no ability to add on when something like this comes to light. They took care of all of that and I was able to pick up my car and it has been fine since. They even made a point to do some light detailing on the front half of my car since they had to take the windshield out to replace that trim. I'm really pleased too with the work. You would never know that it wasn't factory original parts. The paint matches. Everything looks great. I'm very happy. I will happily recommend Action Collision to anybody I know who needs body work.

I just picked up the third or fourth vehicle we've taken to Action over the years, and they've earned our business going forward. As another local small business owner from just around the corner, I always prefer to give work to others of the same. Even in wild times of parts shortages and supply chain issues, the team at Action Collision was timely, polite, professional, and most importantly to me, excellent communicators. Christine at the front desk kept me constantly updated on the status, and meeting the owner at vehicle pickup solidified my feelings even further. Had them install hood pins for my 1999 mustang gt & they did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the work! Definitely recommended ! During the service time frame the receptionist was pleasant and kept me updated through the process. The body work seems to be good. My biggest complaint was that my car was returned dirty. My entire interior was covered in white dust. I had to get my car cleaned and detailed on the inside due to the amount of dirt. While I didn't expect them to clean any of my mess in the car, I did expect my car car returned without my car being covered in white dust. I attempted to notify them and filled out their online survey. I never heard back.
