I was visiting from out of town for work when I had car trouble just before they closed for the day. I called and they waited past closing to get my car in the shop. The next day they called me within an hour of opening with the diagnostics, price, and timeline. They had it done that afternoon and when I came in the price was even cheaper than what they quoted me. Would highly, highly recommend to anyone in the area!

These guys are legit, fair, honest and fast. True definition of service with a smile. Stumbled upon them driving by in search of a new mechanic and have never been more impressed with the quality and professionalism of repair and service. Beyond getting your car fixed without the unnecessary add-on or nonessential recommendations, it’s a pretty nice spot to wait and sip a complimentary cup of coffee. Do not bother considering another auto repair shop. After my car broke down at 9PM, I called AAA for a tow (btw, the AAA experience was the absolute worse). Not familiar with repair facilities in the area, I did a google review search which Auto Fix came up at 4.9 with over 100 reviews. Safe bet. Realizing I was a bit vulnerable with having my car dropped off by a tow truck, I was hoping the reviews lived up to the mark. My experience exceeded the reviews. Andy (I believe owner) called with an estimate. When he called back when the car was finished, the bill was far below the estimate. Straight-up, honest shop that does quality work. They deserve their high mark and your business.

Infinity dealer tried to make me spend thousands on something that wasn’t even the problem, went out looking for a new vehicle at ( Troy auto family dealership) and the man said don’t buy a vehicle take your truck to my brother he very good! That what spoke volume.. let me know it’s not just about money with this family it’s about being loyal and satisfying to ppl in general customers or not!! When I took my vehicle to Troy auto fix it was a very minor issue, he was so good I let him fix my truck completely, I was very very satisfied!! These ppl are awesome ❤️
