The owner is hands down the best guy around to deal with your car. A fair gentleman who will treat you with respect and not fix things that don't need to be fixed or over charge. Don't even bother shopping around. Just go see Gary and he will take care of you!!

So far, not happy with our experience here. Took my ford in for electrical work because It won't start. The owner won't answer his phone and his voicemail is full. My car has been there for a month and no word on it. I feel like we're being ripped off here. We should have taken it to midas. Will not go here again when we get the car back. If we ever get it back.

Great experience. I had a few parts that needed to be replaced on my car, and the dealership quoted me a ridiculous amount of money. I took my car to Gary, and he quoted me less than half the cost than the dealership did. When I picked up my car, I found everything to be running great. Highly recommend!

Gary and Mike are superb mechanics. From oil changes to engine rebuilds, I've called on them to repair every car I've ever owned for the past decade. They've helped me catch problems before they happened, and can tell you what problems plague certain brands/models. They're friendly, if they see something that needs to be fixed, they'll ask you first and work with you on the price. I've recommended Gallants Auto to all my family and friends, and they agree with me, its the best place to take your car for repairs and maintenance.

I jumped to a handful of places before I found Gary at Gallants and I have now been using him exclusively for the past 15 years. They are the most trustworthy shop you will ever find and has saved me TONS of money over the years. Example... I just bought my neighbors Ford Edge with a trans leak. Ford quoted my neighbor over $2,500 which included the fear of many other repairs needed ($1,000 of it being the trans repair). My neighbors sold me the car for a great deal due to that and Gary just fixed it for me for less than HALF the price. I have recommended dozens of people over to him and hear this same story over and over again. Most every other place I have gone to I always feel questionable about the repairs they say I need. I have never felt that way about Gary and when he says I Don’t need work done for some reason, I believe him and haven’t been let down. I can not recommend the Gallants team enough.

Gary at Gallant's Auto has come through for me on multiple occasions. Super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, reliable - and, like the best repair shops, always busy! Recent example - hood wouldn't open right before going out of town, needing an oil change first. Despite being slammed, Gary worked me in, got the hood to open and changed the oil for less than $100. Cannot say enough good things - 10/10 would recommend!

the owner of the shop is extremely rude and disrespectful. If i were you, i would not waste my time, money or breath on a company like this. The best advice is going to someone who actually takes the time to learn customer service skills especially at the age that he is. People, don't waste your money on trusting someone will your car, especially if he is unable to talk to you as a decent human being. :)

I have been going to Gallants for over 33 years for several of my cars to be serviced. I live over 30 minutes from this shop. Gary is honest and a good mechanic. The only issue I have is that he cannot predict when the car will be ready :-)

My vehicle has been in and out of Gallant auto multiple times and he doesn't check the entire vehicle out. I've spent thousands of dollars with Gallant auto without being satisfied. I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone. If I could, I'd give ZERO stars. I feel like I've been taken advantage of.
