★☆☆☆☆ Do not come here if you want an honest diagnostic testing, thorough checking of the issue, and good communication. I came here because one of my rear lights had been out for a long time. They said it was the BCM (body control module) and that they would call me to give me an estimate. They never got back to me, and I had to call twice just to be told, "We'll call back," "We forgot." They were so quick to charge for the diagnostic, and it turns out they were wrong. I took it to the dealership, where they communicated well and performed correct diagnostics. Turns out it was a lightbulb that wasn't installed properly. Can you imagine how much money and time I would've wasted? I should get my money back for the incorrect diagnosis. It also means they didn't bother to check the bulbs or wiring, which should've been involved. Dodged a bullet there!
