Had appointment for inspection when I went for my appointment I was told the inspection stickers ran out yesterday if they give you an appointment they should have saved it for the appointment they make for there customer's that's no way to run a business. so I was not satisfied

I had a flat after work and they were able to get my tire switched out in a day. I didn't have a car jack and they changed my flat out for my spare for free. Nice people!

I had to take them to court 3 times, and won, for money to be returned for a job never done. It has been over 10 years now and they are still unable to pay the debt Broome county courts awarded me. The are not honest.

After firing a bad mechanical, Audioman took care of my car and made me very happy for about 2 months until i started having overheating issues. I started to look around to find the issue when i noticed missing bolts, my airfilter wasn't reinstalled in which i drove the car for over 1500 miles, my a.c compressor pulley came off and ripped my serpentine belt, i had to replace my antifreeze reservoir which had a hairline crack in it and i had to replace my engine management computer because they left the box that contains it unsealed properly so water damaged the computer. I discovered these issues months after they put a new motor and trans in my car. They gave me more problems than i had to begin with after paying 4000.00$ for a repair. I did all follow up repairs on my own because i no longer trust mechanics to be honest and fair a new ECU for a 5 series BMW is 1,062 dollars excluding any labor. All together im 6000.00 invested in repairs.

Feeble selection of audio equipment, nothing even close to the quality and/or performance I was looking for from a set of subwoofers. Was treated as if I was pestering whomever was working at the time. Would recommend bringing your business elsewhere (boom audio is close by and by lightyears trumps audioman in every way).

Do Not Do Business With AudioMan Too bad I can’t give zero stars. I was looking for a local shop to demount and mount new 35 series tires. I called them up and told them what I had to confirm they could remove the old tires from the rim and mount and balance the new tires. I made an appointment and dropped of the wheels and tires in the morning. Never heard anything from them all day. I called at noon and they still hadn’t started them. Called at 4:30pm and was told they can’t get the tires off the rim and they were going to have to decline the job. I arrived to pick up the new tires and the old tire/wheels and all of the folks in the service bays left. I thought this strange but my wheels and tires were sting by the door so I began to load them into the truck. Then I found out why they all left. They tried to break the bead on one of the wheels and scratched the hell out of the wheel. Scratches so deep on the rims edge, there was no paint left, numerous scratches on the spoke section of the rim too. I went into the store to discuss the damage and was told they didn’t do by one person, the other person said he told them not to touch the wheel and they didn’t believe me. Now the story gets interesting. They look at the damage and said, it doesn’t look like anything they could do, then they blame me for bringing the wheels to them (remember I talked to them when making the appointment about what size wheel /rims I had) Then they said to go to a local body shop they use for events like this, get a quote and we will see what we can do. So I did. The body shop looked at it and said, no way we can fix that, we will have to send it out to an alloy specialist. They took photos and allegedly sent them to the specialist for a quote. After 4 weeks and 8 calls to the body shop they have not provided a quote. The entire situation has been a real eye opener about POOR business practices and lack of respect for the customer and the customer’s property.

Went in for a NYS inspection. They started up immediately even though I was a bit early. Everyone was friendly, mechanics were communicative and honest. On top of it all it only cost me 21$. All in all took about 25 minutes, couldn't be happier!

I get all my car work done here and trust that these guys won't sell me services I don't need. Over the last couple years Ive had LED headlights, new head unit, amp, subwoofers and a back up camera installed. I also put a lot of miles on my car so I get regular oil changes here. They have a new site so I just go to their website and book a day and time online. Super Easy. Good Service for a good price

These guys are amazing. I have been taking my car there for a two years now . I have had multiple issues with my Camry due to wear and tear. This week I showed up and they had my car on the lift in five minutes . My lower ball joint went and was fixed the next day early . I went to the site and booked an appointment the same day. Super easy. After I heard a grinding sound in my car, Audioman helped me figure out that it was my brakes. They also informed me that 2 of my rotors were shot, but found me the right pads and rotors at a GREAT price. I was out of the there in less than an hour and half. 5 star customer service.

The whole crew treated me great. I went in with one idea for an audio system for my Slingshot. They suggested I consider something else which turned out much better. The install was more complicated than expected but Jason stayed well past his shift to make sure it was perfect. Jason is awesome at what he does! Would go back again and recommend to others.

Please be aware! the mechanic is not an honest person! We just bought a car from him. Checked everything the best we were able to. He said there is nothing wrong with the car. The next morning it had trouble starting so we took it to our mechanic who said it was a piece of junk! He said to fix everything will cost us 5-7 thousand dollars! The mechanic who sold it to us is not willing to give us money back or fix the car. If he was this dishonest with us he is going to be dishonest with you too! Steer away from him!

I’ve been going here for sound systems and such for years, even before they even moved to this location! Now they do everything- sound, repairs, remote starters, tires, whatever. Their pricing is good and they are always honest about their products and try to cater to what you want, not what gets them the biggest profit. The parking here is not ideal, but they do the best with what they have. It’s Main Street in Binghamton, what do you expect? Ask for Eric, he’s the best. 👍🏻 here’s a pic of him with my kiddo! You can somewhat get a feel for the parking space...
