I got a flat tire, and my donut was dry rotted. The mechanics were extremely busy and still got me in for new tires even though they didn’t finish up until 745pm, and they close at 7pm

I went in for a new tire after purchasing a car And the check engine light was on it started flashing (not a good sign) Steve hooked my car up then went about figuring out what was wrong my car then went in limp mode he called the parts and was on it He even drove to the tire warehouse to pick up my tire since they didn’t have it there yet All the guys are amazing I used to work with them all and it was great to see everybody again Thank you to all of you for making a few hours a lot easier for my self and my daughter Steve thank you for taking time to fix my car and helping me out I recommend Mr.tire on renyolds road for your car and your family you won’t regret it

If I could give no stars I would. I made an appointment for an inspection, I waited over an hour passed my appointment time before my car was even touched. Then when I asked about it I got attitude because someone was “on break”. I won’t ever go back here

I Went in for an NYS inspection. My vehicle, which I do not drive often needed to have more mileage put on it to pass the emissions test. They informed me of what and how to put the mileage on my vehicle to correctly register the emmisions. They got my vehicle back in quickly and gave me my new inspection sticker. Great Job.

Don't EVER go to this Mr Tire .... absolutely the worst customer service, rude employees and never have the appointments in the books that were set. First try - setup an appointment by calling. Show up and there was 1 worker sitting in the back, he told me I didn't have an appointment and nothing is getting done today because he was the only worker. No bosses showed up. Every person that came in about the time I did, he turned away (even tho they had appointments) he blamed it on the "corporate # that was called" Second try - called the store, verified it was the store. Show up for appointment, guy asks if leaving or waiting ... say waiting and he goes well you going to be here for a while. When asked how long, he said "I dunno, 3, 4 maybe 5 hours???" even with an appointment? he said "I dunno what you want me to do, that's what it is" ... then he looks for my appointment and says it's not even in the system (even though guy on the phone confirmed it was in the system and I got an email). Told him forget it, I will take it to a different shop and he didn't understand why This location used to be great, now it's absolutely terrible! Don't waste your time trying to get anything done here

I strongly advise not to come here for your car need! With an appointment for oil change, I ended up waiting for 1h and 40 minutes!!! It's not worth it. They don't care about your time and on top of this very disrespectful at the front desk.

Went for a simple inspection. Came out with a $1,500. Less than 1 day later, one of the things I just paid for went bad already. Not to mention, the incredibly long wait time to get it fixed. What should have been an easy thing…tires and brakes took almost 8 hours!

Here at 7:25 for a 7:30 appointment. It's now 8:00 and no one is at the store. I've had the answering service call the store manager twice and there has been no response. I took a day off work for this.

**** this place. Let me tell you how they tried to scam me out of $1,400. I took my car here for a routine state inspection. Needed a couple of light bulbs replaced. I take my car here, and the guy looks me in the eye and tells me that I am *required* to fully replace my brake rotors and windshield wiper motors, or I would fail the inspection. Told them I’d come back after getting a second opinion. Vandervort’s in Vestal charged me $45 to pass my inspection. Just for the bulbs, inspection, and the labor. I can’t speak for all Mr. Tire locations, but here they will lie to your face and waste hours of your time. Then charge you $100 just for the “pleasure” of dealing with them. Maybe it was just because I was a college student and they thought I didn’t know any better. Stay away. This place deserves to go out of business.

WARNING ⚠️‼️ Do not go here!!! I took my car here to get an inspection and they told me my car had $1,800 worth of repairs and was not drivable, which was a red flag considering I drove it there and everything appeared to be fine. I wanted a 2nd opinion and towed it to another mechanic, due to them telling me it was not drivable and the 2nd mechanic told me absolutely nothing was wrong with it and charged me $21 for an inspection. I wonder how many others this has been done too. Steve was also VERY RUDE. Such a nightmare. I will be calling the better business bureau.

This was truly a bad experience. First, with scheduling, I scheduled an appointment via the call center. When I showed up, the person at the shop said they couldn't get me in that day. While I was in the shop I observed the manager treating another customer very rudely. The person didn't speak very good english.So they called their brother to translate. When the shop manager told the brother the price, the brother said, why is it so expensive?And the manager screamed at him.Why do you think it's so expensive?Have you done your research. And then slam the phone down and walked away from the customer. I was there to get two snow tires put on my car. And I was also experiencing trouble with my battery. He quoted me two hundred and fifty dollars for a battery to be installed in my car. I went to walmart and got a seventy dollar battery and installed it myself in five minutes with an adjustable wrench. I have brought all four of the cars that are in my household to this location but I will never do it again.

This tire shop is top notch! The reason why I started to go there is because they helped my daughter when she had a screw in her tire. The gentleman at the counter got it right in and fixed it free of charge. Then it happened again with another tire shortly after. He did the same thing. On both occasions when I went to pay, he said the same thing, “just remember us when you need service”. I didn’t forget! They helped me find the best deal on tires for my daughter’s car and the staff was knowledgeable and efficient. The technician that installed them, Steve, called me with future concerns and wasn’t pushy when I told him we will need to come back.

I unfortunately had a bad experience. Nothing to do with the workers of this location but with the random appointment setter over the phone that had absolutely no idea about vehicles. As I explained to this person that I need an oil change for my Duramax truck over and over again. She kept saying that they could do it..get to the appointment and the workers had no idea what I was there for. Did not have my oil type in stock. My advice if this company is gonna use a 3rd party to set up there appointments make sure the people know what they r talking about. It's embarrassing to your actual mechanics..

I came here because I used to go here and had good memories of the customer service. I thought I remembered them treating me fairly and being forthcoming about prices. Not only did i experience what I felt like less than positive customer service, they charged me $111 for my oil change. Then they said it was because it was synthetic (they never asked I never consented) they also never gave me my sticker which sorry to say for $111 I fully expect a reminder sticker.

I set an appointment for a tire installation, but when I got there they didn't have the appointment, so it took an hour for them to start work on my car. After that it took nearly 2 hours and when I got my car back they hadn't seated the bead on the front right tire, had over aired the tires to 39psi (supposed to be 29), and had balanced them very poorly, adding too many weights. I went to a different mechanic and they were able to fix all three of those issues in 30 minutes.
