Great service at a great price. Fixed my brakes on my car after my old mechanic claimed there was nothing wrong with them after I complained multiple times (they were grinding badly for a year). The brakes don't grind anymore and the price was a great deal. Customer for life.

They were able to fit me in the same day in a pinch when my car needed suspension repairs. I was quoted a better price than 2 of the other "big name" chain repair shops. They pulled up the cost of the parts, showed me the details, and gave me a quote within 2 minutes. They never suggested making additional unnecessary repairs (like some other places often do) and they got it done the same day at the quoted price, no surprise charges or delays. Please read before taking a performance car to this shop. I’m not one to write bad reviews, I never have actually. But, I was scammed. I brought my modified car in with fuel issues, they said I need to replace the fuel pump and get a fresh dyno tune. I already had a high end pump and great tune. After paying $1250, still, same issues. Ended up having to take it to a different shop to correct their mistake. Come to find out they took my high end pump out, and replaced it with an oem pump, causing damage to my engine internals due to lack of fuel to the underperforming pump that went in. I was provided with no receipts and dyno sheets after calling and asking them over the span of a month. I was patient and still nothing. After going into the shop to ask them myself, I was handed a receipt that literally stated “fuel pump and tune”. Nothing else. And on that receipt it said the amount was 1150. They even overcharged me $100. Granted, they gave me the 100 back and said it was a “mistake”. If you have a performance car and want modifications done, ABSOLUTELY do not go here. If you have a regular car and need maintenance done/simple repairs, then hopefully you’ll have a better experience than I did.

Brought my vehicle to these guys to have a tune done was told after I picked it up that if the check engine light comes back on then there is an issue going on outside of the tune they supposedly did. Well needless to say after they tuned it light came back on and after replacing part after part spending thousands turns out the original issue i took it there for to have tuned was the issue. After putting my vehicle back to stock my issue went away, now I have to have a dealership fix my pcm at double the price. All I can say after my experience is go elsewhere.

I was referred to Overdrive Automotive by the local Advance Auto Parts after a warning light came on while passing through Binghamton on my way back to Canada. It was already evening, so I stayed overnight and went to the shop first thing in the morning. The owner, Aaron, was incredibly friendly and helpful. After explaining the issue, he reassured me he would get my Jeep fixed and back on the road quickly. He even offered me a ride to a nearby Dunkin while he completed the repairs, which was very much appreciated. The work was honest, affordable, and efficient. I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend Overdrive Automotive. If I am ever passing through Binghamton again and need car work, this will be my first stop. Highly recommended from a Canadian just passing through.
