I sent my car for annual inspection at this shop more than 20 days ago. At first they said I should run the car for at least 50 miles so that there can be readings from the computer in the car. I did what they said and had it checked again. They said there was still no reading, and let me run at least another 100 miles and come back. The same thing happened 4 times altogether and they still said to run more miles. During the process the expiration date had passed and I got two tickets. When I called them to tell about the problem, they said it was all my fault and that I myself should be responsible for that. Finally, when facing the possibility of being given a ticket every second when my car was on the road, I had to send the car to another shop, and was told that it was not the problem of running the car and adding miles at all. The car was finally fixed in this other shop, but by that time, I have wasted 100 dollars on gas, telephone fees, parking fees, 20 days of precious time, and had to face the problem of traffic ticket. I will never bring my car to this shop again.

My Honda suddenly lost power right near Binghamton University so I limped back to campus and made an appointment a few days later at Northside. What an awesome experience I had with them! I had the car towed there, they diagnosed several problems, called me with the info, and got it all fixed- all in the same day!! All the staff are super nice and helpful and I had never even been there before. This is my go to garage now!
