As a student with limited experience getting body work on his vehicle, this place was the best thing I could have asked for. After getting grossly over-exaggerated estimates from most of the bigger shops in the area, I came to Frank's and was blown away. Not only did they give me a fair price for my work instead of trying to nickel and dime me at every turn, but they treated me with the utmost respect. The work was done ridiculously quick. Frank's is a prime example of why we should all support our local family-owned businesses; in my mind, this is the only place to go to in the Binghamton/Johnson City area.

Wow, great body shop. Never heard of third place and met a deer and asked some car mechanic friends, all said go to Frank's. Very friendly staff and the place has been around almost as long as cars have. Great work, car looked better than before.

I was extremely upset when my Volvo got scratched in a workplace accident. I was shocked to see the prices I was getting from all the other shops. Finally I came to Frank's and the price quote I received from them was half of any other shop I had went to. I was worried that the quality would not be as good as the other shops do to the price difference. Decided to take the go with Franks and could not be happier. My car looks good as new. They even took the car to the car wash before I came to pick it up.

I hit a deer & had a lot of damage to the passenger front & headlight area. While I was getting it fixed, there were numerous dings on the car that they also repaired. Frank’s is a class act & will make your car look brand new. While I was at Sam’s replacing my battery they said they couldn’t believe how great my 2015 car looked! I highly recommend Frank’s.

Just wanted to post an expression of appreciation and gratitude for the excellent workmanship and service on my Toyota Tundra. My Tundra needed some TLC after a deer decided to kiss the front end at 40 mph. Anyway, like others said, my quote came in far below what some of the big companies wanted to charge me. If that was all I received, I would have walked away a happy man.. however I also received touch up paint on all of my trucks character scrapes and scratches. If those two things were all I had received I would have been very happy.. but on top of all that.. these amazing men also delivered the truck to my house because I was home with the kids and could not pick it up! I have not had this good of an experience buying or fixing something in years. This shop deserves to be voted best body shop in the southern tier.. heck the best service business in the southern tier. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. I am much thankful for finding people with good hearts and good intentions.

My sister's Rav4 was side-swiped and sustained a lot of cosmetic damage. Franks' (Mat specifically) did a superb job of getting it to look like new, and in less than 2 weeks! The guys are friendly, honest and a pleasure with whom to deal. Their estimate was very reasonable and they stayed right on their quote They even picked up and returned the car when it was done. :-) They well deserve their 5☆ rating. THANK YOU!

literal scammers. They pocketed every dime of the insurance then proceeded to do a bad job fixing the car. I had to call them out on a poor job and they proceeded to make excuses even asking me to bring the vehicle back to the shop so they can file another insurance claim. Parts of the vehicle were missing and when I asked regarding that, they completely shut it down and said "come in 2 weeks so we can talk about it." They will take advantage of you and will try to get as much money as possible while doing the least amount of work. This is your classic cause of mechanics being greedy and lazy. I had to take my vehicle to another body shop because these guys just care about their money. They will try to use their image of a wholesome family business but that's all a scam. They do a bad job and then fail to take accountability and ask for more money.

I remember having my Orange CrossTrek being brought into Frank's Collision and Pant. I had run into my garage and scrapped the side of my car and certain parts had fallen off. Anyway, it came damaged and scratched but when I came to pick up the car it was in top notch pristine condition. My car no longer had any scratches, and my car looked like brand new. I'm very happy with the service.

As we all know, when you go to a shop you want to feel welcomed. I had gotten multiple adjustments from places, this one was not only the most reasonable but had the best staff, very thorough and friendly. I came here to fix my rear bumper on my black Subaru STI and the guys over there got me set up with a new bumper in no time and paint matched it perfectly, even reinstalled the cosmetics I had around it. They even accommodated me when I was in a rush to recieve the car. Almost 2 years later and the paint still looks great. These guys are a good honest shop.
