I’ve been coming here for quite a while now and have dealt with them many times. Honestly, I’ve never had a single complaint. One of the best things about this shop is that they stay open late, which is incredibly convenient when you have a busy schedule. ​Their prices are easily among the best in the area, and they’re always willing to work with you on a discount. I’m appreciative and these guys are awesome! The last two days on this weekend I've been trying to get my tire fixed and was stranded at my house. The places I called either wouldn't answer me or they would and then not answer me afterwards to schedule the appointment. I call these guys and even in the freezing rain on a sunday, they made it out here right away. And they did a great job and saved my ass since I had work. And their prices were five times cheaper than other places.

I was having a bad day paid for a tow truck to pepboys and they didn’t have a tire technician on site then had it towed to a1 and Randy was nice and took care of me. As soon as I got here they immediately started working on my car and got me out in 20 min and the price was great definitely try to them out you won’t regret it!

They were a great deal for the tires only reason for the extra star, BUT they scratched all 4 of my rims. I brought it to their attention after pulling out of the shop. They claimed it wasnt their machine thay did it. I keep my rims immaculate. Told me afterwards he would have taken better care and charged more if I told him I take care of my rims. Mind you its a 25' with upgraded rims. Asked if we can resolve this problem with some money refunded. He told me he cant do anything about it. If you don't care about your rims and just want cheap tires this is a good place, but they dont care to take care of their mistakes.
