I've had a reccuring check engine light that 3-4 different mechanics told me was a gas cap issue, but I never felt that was correct. Mike was able to correctly diagnose the issue, and then offered to keep my car parked there for several days after the work was completed as I had to fly out of town for business. Picked up my car straight from the airport with zero complications and now it's running better than it has in years.

I called in the morning freaking out about my car and the issues that were present. These guys got me in immediately and were extremely calming and reassuring as I am a young adult and know nothing of cars. They got right to work and updated me multiple times throughout the day! Shout out to Mike the manager and the technicians for taking care of my car, I got both my front cv axle replaced with OEM parts on my Audi and the experience was a 10/10. Gave me a out the door quote, it came out even less than what I got on call. Explained everything they were doing to my car and I walked out of there with relief. They also provide loaner cars! Trustworthy and reliable!

Amazing, fast, quality service. We used to live in Kirkland and went to the Kirkland location and we were thrilled to find this location right down the street from where we now live! My car was due for an oil change and to have the front breaks repaired and Mike and his team were so fast and friendly. We had such a great experience that when our other car’s breaks started squeaking, we didn’t hesitate to make an appointment here to have them looked at. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust but we will definitely be bringing our cars here for the foreseeable future!

I've been taking my vehicles here for repairs/inspections for the past 15-20 years of living in the area and this is the #1 mechanic to go to. Great customer service, fast repairs and service, great value, and just good people working here. Recently I spoke to both Mike and Mel, who were extremely helpful and provided awesome customer service. I brought a 2009 Toyota Highlander Hybrid in for inspection after being told it needs $6000+ of work in the next 6-12 months, and Mike confirmed that it needs nowhere near that much work and $$, only a handful of things to get replaced soon in the upcoming year. I trust AA with any vehicle I'll bring in, and believe them to be the best, most honest mechanic in the Eastside area.

Five star experience. My car was overheating and I brought it in for a diagnostic check. They called and said my water pump needed to be replaced and quoted close to $2000 including the diagnostic check. This was on the high end of the range I was expecting after doing some research, but would have been a big hit financially. I gave the go ahead to do the work. A couple hours later, the owner called and said they had made a mistake and quoted the price based on a more expensive part than was necessary. My new total was around $1500 all in. I had already agreed to the $2000, and there’s no way I would have known if they hadn’t called and told me about the cheaper part. This kind of honesty was refreshing and greatly appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future excuse of this experience.

I brought my car in to have my headlights replaced with my own bulbs. They took a look and determined that they were not the correct bulbs and gave me recommendations to retrofit the light casings. They did not charge me which i greatly appreciated. Would definitely support them in the future

I brought my 2019 Mercedes-Benz to AA Auto Service Center on April 4th to change the battery. Despite requesting a BOSCH battery during a previous visit, they installed an AC Delco without prior notice. Mike, the employee I interacted with, insisted AC Delco was a better brand and tried to convince me to keep it. After some pushback, I had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for the BOSCH battery to be installed. Mike’s attitude changed, and he even mentioned that the BOSCH battery would cost them $30 less but refused to offer any refund. I came here due to a Costco referral, which promised a 15% discount, but I ended up paying more, spending a whole morning, and feeling that the overall customer experience could have been more professional

I have had a few visits to AA Auto Repair in Redmond, from a 90k checkup, to an oil change, to a "should I be worried about this noise", to check engine light alerts. I trust their work and feel that I can trust them to be honest with me. They have told me what needs to be done, what can be deferred, and what isn't necessary. I don't feel like they are trying to "sell" me on services, just taking good care of what my car needs.

I had what looked like a very complex transmission issue in my Audi Q5 Hybrid. Talked to Blake about it and left the car with them for diagnosis. When they called back, Blake was super honest and nice about the fact the error codes were too numerous complex for them to diagnose and therefore work on them, so he recommended I take it to the dealership and didn't charge me for anything. This speaks highly of their honesty and integrity, which makes me trust them a lot in the future. Its easy for unethical car shops to abuse customer's ignorance about cars so kudos to Blake and the AA team for their integrity and the huge amount of trust they earned from me. Will reach out to them again when/if I have problems with the car!

Mel was SUPER helpful in finding what was wrong with my car. I kept experiencing a power steering issue and a lot of smoke from my exhaust. I went to other mechanics trying to figure out the problem with my car and they kept giving me the wrong information. But Mel gave me a detailed explanation of what was happening with my car and provided excellent customer service. This place is a bit far from where I stay but I would absolutely make the drive here again!

Amazing customer-focused service! Long story short, I provided them a vehicle which had parts which didnt quite fit, and the techs did and re-did the job many times in order to get it perfect, even though the parts I supplied weren't quite right, they made them work (and they only charged me for one job, not the 5 times they had to re-do the job to get the parts to work) Shout out to Mike, who really fought to find the solution to my cars problem, to Blake for keeping me updated, and to all the Techs for getting my piece-of-work car back on the road without breaking the bank.
