One hour into a six hour drive from OBX to Northern VA, my serpentine belt failed and damaged an AC line. I had the car towed to this shop, arriving at 2:00 on a Friday with a 6:00 closing time and no weekend hours. The guys stopped inspections, got parts sourced quickly, and finished the repairs in under 2 hours to get me back on the road with my AC pumping!! Exemplary work and customer service. If I ever have car issues down there again, I will go out of my way to come here! Thanks to all of the guys for saving my trip!!

Love AAA! Have been using AAA Car Care for many years. Mechanics are awesome, friendly and willing to explain and answer questions. All staff are friendly, helpful and work with you on getting your vehicle fixed and back on the road as soon as possible. They also give a 24 month guarantee on the automotive work.
