Guy was very honest, had to have my car towed here and was short on cash he priced out the parts needed with autozone on the phone in front of me and was very reasonable with the labor costs as well. He even offered to give me a ride home since it was around 8p and I was having to leave the car overnight

Nice people, they check everything and is thorough before they diagnose the problem. They tell you how much up front and you decide. If your car is a Lemon, then they will tell you to make lemonade and not beat around the bush. Nobody works for free... Great place when you can't afford high prices.

I took.my dodge truck for evap leak and thermostat problem. Did not fix either problem but cost me 690.00 and told to bring back if I still have a problem . Well whatever they did they didn't connect my ac lines and a few other things and I had to take elsewhere to find out what is wrong. Was told by other mechanic it was sloppy work or they were in a hurry and didn't pay attention .

This is the BEST place to bring your car! I have been coming here for years, and love it! They are fast, and really care about you as a person. They have never tried to up charge me, and always tell me the best options for my car. If I have something that is starting to look old, he tells me how long until I have to get it done. I have an old 2000 Taurus, and used to bring my 1999 Taurus to them too. Always great service!

I was so happy with the service here. They fixed everything wrong with my vehicle for a fair price, and even washed my car for me. These guys went above and beyond and I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a mechanic!

Mike was great! Arrived quicker to my truck than originally told, was very pleasant during the service, and knows what he’s doing! Will definitely use again and fully recommend!

The shop owner is very knowledgeable. He drove my car for less then a minute and told me what was wrong with it, then showed me why. When I asked him the prices for the parts he immediately called and I heard from the shop what they charge. When he took my car in I got it the same day. He was able to work on my Jaguar and my Kia. I will always recommend this place first.

I don’t recommend this place or Blend Air which is in the same building. They installed a new ac compressor along with all new parts. I spent $800 with them only to get a rear hose coolant leak on the way to Destin. Luckily I was able to put the hose on right. They acknowledged that they had been working on the rear ac and they had moved a coolant line to get room but didn’t put it back on right. They gave me $80 to cover the interior detail. My Navigator smelled like coolant and was sticky. Also they had my truck for about 2 weeks in and out because the AC was never cold. FYI I had purchased the AC compressor from Blend Air and they are China cheap made. My AC compressor lasted exactly 13 months. I went back to them and they weren’t trying to even talk to me. Ali would dodge me. So they finally check my truck and confirm the compressor went bad. They saw my receipt and that I was out of 12 month warranty period. I had paid $190 for compressor and expansion valves. The expansion valves didn’t fit. I had to order from dealer. They wanted me to pay cost price for the compressor $150. But then Ali was saying to install and labor was $450. I hear him say $450 to a lot of things. Seems to be his favorite number. Since they didn’t even offer to cover some labor cost, I chose to go buy a kit at AutoZone with lifetime warranty as long as a legit shop installs. While I dealt with the shop I would see many customers waiting weeks for repairs. Also when I spoke with mike the owner of blend air and confronted him about his business practice he was more interested in finding a receipt. I showed him my digital receipt and he was still wanting the paper copy. Even though he uses a POS that sends email receipts lol. When I asked him if he changes out his AC compressor every 13 months he said no, so I asked him why does he feel like his customers need to?? His response was that he replaces his Beamer or Benz every year so he doesn’t have to worry about that. Once he said that then I knew what type of individual he is. Believe me you don’t want the headache. Go to Abbas Auto & Body shop down the street instead.

I do not recommend this shop to anyone, ever. It has the worst service and the worst mechanics. If you leave your car there, they will lose your car bolts, and they don't care about customers. We had to buy new bolts ourselves. If we return and encounter any issues with previously repaired parts, they don't care and give us a bad look, trying to avoid us. I don’t recommend anyone for this shop.

Ask for Ali, very fair pricing and very fast at repairs. This is the only shop I trust in the DFW metroplex. Thanks again Aaron's auto repair for the engine replacement. And also the AC work done as well !! could not beat the pricing even if I went out of state!!! Highly satisfied definitely a repeat customer

I'm not going to tell y'all to take your car here or not, I'm just going to tell y'all about my very bad experience with this workshop. I took my truck with an exhaust system problem, it turns out that the owner told me that I had to buy the original part that cost $ 1500 + labor I paid him all the money and it turns out that when he gave me the truck I discovered that he put a part that It is not the original, I found that the piece only cost $ 600. I called the police to the workshop but they could not do anything because it is a civil case, I went to my lawyer to file a lawsuit but the lawyer told me that there is no signed contract so the case would be more complicated. I decided not to sue but I lost my money or in other words my money was stolen. Be careful they'll steal your money maybe not the first time if you're lucky but the second time probably like me. I have proof of everything (pics) They knew what they were doing because they didn't even give a valid receipt for the work done.

Edit #3: It's over 5 months later, I've been calling at least 3 times a week and leaving messages through the Google listing. No one answers, no one calls back. I don't think this place is open. My best guess is they've been closed for months if not more, took my money and my vehicle Edit #2:still calling almost every day with no answer. I just really want an update guys. Why don't you care about your customers? I'm really not trying to be difficult I just want basic customer service. EDIT: I will literally take my review down if you guys stop ignoring me all I've wanted for months is an update, I'm not trying to be difficult, just an understandably disgruntled customer. Please just contact me, it's not that hard. Look at my Google profile, I rarely leave bad reviews and when I have a bad experience I usually don't write about it because I know people have bad days and businesses are made up of people. I'm not trying to be a jerk. I just don't know what to do at this point. Come on guys, you know this isn't okay. I'm a paying customer that just wants to stop being ignored. Your shop is literally an hour away from me, I shouldn't have to spend two hours of my day to come to the shop and hope someone is going to be there. It's not hard to call me back, text me, answer your phone or leave a voicemail. I'm really easy to work with, the reason why I left a bad review at this point is to see if it would get your attention since nothing else does. Take responsibility as a business instead of trying to defend yourself, I've been ignored for so long at this point when all I've wanted is an update. Original review - They've had my vehicle for almost 6 months and haven't answered any of my calls or texts to give me an update in so long, I literally call and leave voicemails everyday. I don't know what happened to this place, the service used to be so good. I'm not even sure how I'm going to get my vehicle back at this point. I've already spent $350 to tow it there. I just want them to fix it or be honest with me if they can't or give me an update?? Anything???

If you want to go to an honest shop that isn't trying t upsell/rip you off you NEED to come here. The owner Ali is the most Sincere and caring mechanic I have EVER seen in my life. Firstly he gave me a free Diagnostic on what exactly was causing my engine light and what I could do to fix it, whereas the other place I was going to go to wanted to charge me 120$. I also spoke to another Customer who he helped greatly by allowing him to have a free loaner so he could continue to work. I can't say I have ever seen a mechanic as nice as this guy is what I can say for 100% certainty!

I came on here because I lost their phone number having switched phones and moved out of the area. When I read the reviews, there was a very negative one saying the positive ones were probably written by family or friends. I am leaving my review because I found them to be one of the MOST HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY mechanics I have ever had go to. As a single mom with a disability on a fixed income, these guys are VERY THOROUGH, tell you like it is and recommend the least expensive solution. The first time visit, the owner drove my vehicle for just a couple miles and got me through emissions with a cheap (free) fix until I could afford the repairs. That was a 22 yr old car. I have since replaced that vehicle but my point is that these guys genuinely care. I have found all of them to be exemplary in their service. Glad I found their site as I need an oil change and they are worth traveling to. Hard to find good and honest mechanics, they don't make the cars that need repairs, they just keep them safe and on the road at, (in my opinion), more than a fair price. I am not family but they have become trusted friends because they treated me like family with sincere compassion and kept my family safe when I needed it most. Have recommended many people to them over the last few years.

Had been here first time today. Very knowledgeable mechanics. The team were who initially looked at the air pressure quickly identified the issue and replaced the unit on my Hyundai Tucsan. By the time the new parts were brought to the garage, he had opened and kept ready to fit them. Cleaned up the hose and was perfect in fitting everything back without any mistake. Now the car is cooling awesome and fresh. Thank you Aaron's auto repair team

Do not use this service. I hired them to replace the engine in my car, and I left my truck with them because they said they would help me sell it. They sold it and never gave me a penny of the sale price. They did work I did not authorize. They damaged the body of the car, and broke the gas gauge when they took the gas tank off without my knowledge or permission. The engine started breaking down before I had put 300 miles on it, and when I brought it to the owners attention, he said that the guarantee was already up and refused to take any responsibility for it. I have spent thousands repairing their shoddy workmanship. Upon that basis I recommend that people avoid them in the future. As they do not seem to be people of good character. They will certainly never have any more of my business.

We went there yesterday because we need the rear axle checked. He changed the bearins and seals. Charged us $540 drove about 100 miles and parked for the night. Checked before leaving this morning and it was worse than before. We were worried going back would cause more damage so took truck to Ford dealership. They did the same thing today. Replaced the bearins and seals. They charge us $557. So now we are just out that money. I contacted owner and asked if we come back could we get refund ( I sent detailed reciept from Ford showing work done) I got not response.
