Excellent service! As with each service provided I feel as though I’m driving away in a new better edition of my car. Matt Williams is my Service Manager. Matt is extremely efficient in providing clear explanations the services required. He makes sure that I have transportation from and to the dealership if needed. I feel comfortable when making the decision of what services I need completed without any pressure to do more than what is necessary. I have all the information needed to make a safe decision for the operation of my MDX and the safety of my passengers, my dogs and myself. I will not go to another Acura dealership even after warranty has expired.

I've been dealing with some warranty stuff with my MDX for the past year and a half and have been dismissed and gotten the runaround from two other dealerships. North Scottsdale got me in right away and went above and beyond to resolve my issue, where other dealerships fell short. They had a loaner vehicle available for me that day, and they got right on it. I needed a valve adjustment and was calling dealerships around the valley. To start, Scottsdale Acura quoted me about $300 less for the exact same job than Peoria did. Furthermore, I already purchased my own spark plugs. Scottsdale Acura agreed to install them for free whereas peoria wanted $400 for the same job. For context – this is an extremely easy task on my sedan. Steffen was my service rep and Chauncey was the technician. Both of these guys were helpful, respectful, and professional. Not once did they try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need and took the time to properly explain or discuss anything I needed. They even advised me to defer some smaller repairs to later as they would be covered in larger repairs/maintenance that I will do down the line. I would absolutely recommend going here.

This location is excellent. The customer service was top-tier, and the service department had a very speedy turnaround time. I went to other mechanics, and shops trying to get my car fixed and nothing worked, but once I took my vehicle to Acura in Scottsdale, they knew exactly what to do and it was worth every penny. First time visit was exceptional! I do most of my own work, but find some services make a lot more sense to just visit a dealership. Staff was extremely pleasant, and didn’t try to fool or trick me into anything I didn’t need. A couple recommendations based on mileage, but no upselling or attempts to mislead me into fixes that weren’t needed. I was also happy to see they had a nice office section in the waiting room if I ever need to set up my laptop and get some stuff done while waiting. I’ll be back!
