Fantastic! I needed a new battery, and while I'd done the replacement myself before, I wanted to go somewhere I'd get help with installation. I called ahead (the battery I needed was in stock), and when I arrived, Tahara Thornton did an outstanding job. I purchased the battery and he got it installed in just a few minutes. We needed a battery for a 2019 Honda Odyssey van and the store was 20 minutes from closing. The store manager, Sam, was the absolute best !!! Not only did he install the battery (which in a Honda Odyssey is a bit more involved then just pulling the old battery out) but he did it in less than 10 minutes. We had called on our way to the store, he had the battery and tools to swap out the battery all waiting for us. It was truly an OUTSTANDING experience, we’re now able to continue our trip with no delay … Thanks Sam !!!
