Helpful staff, does not have genuine mopar parts. However other items are easy to get by ordering it online then pickup after being notified. This location has one of the best selections of auto parts in the area.

Went to AutoZone and not only could they not assist me in knowledge of parts for my bike they didn't offer any guidance either told me to look it up myself!!! So I went down the road to advanced auto parts the woman not only pregnant but willing to help me put the parts on!!! Great customer service and assistance (don't worry I didn't allow her to help)

Will not ever step foot in this store again. Had to return some items ordered online and picked up at this store. Unfortunately the receipt was destroyed and despite the fact of having all the emails of the online order and the entry on my bank account of payment at this store l was not allowed to return the items because of their inability to find the purchase in their system. The attitude towards me was one of he's either a senile old fool or some kind of theiving scammer. Yes, I lost my temper telling them among other things that if they needed my Money that bad to keep the parts which I left there and after some more language I shouldn't have used I left before I did something that might have gotten me arrested. By the way for their info that money was needed by a disabled husband to buy food and medicine for a disabled wife dying from cancer. Hope that little bit of money makes that store look better to the stockholders.

How do business stay open when pricing items that dramatically more than surrounding competitors. Just takes advantage of normal people. Mobile one oil 7.97 per quart at Walmart, 10.99 here. Same kind of stroking on the price for the oil filter as well. EDIT: In response to the response, I asked specifically if price matching was an option and I was told know, with an attached laugh from the staff member.

Decent place to get parts. Employees helpful and knowledgeable. My gripe with advanced is mainly that their computer systems don't connect between stores so I don't buy anything there that requires keeping track of warranty related info. For small stuff they're great.

Don't know which woman I just talked to on the phone but was literally given the worst advice and when I asked her if she could get someone else she said that they didn't know either without even asking anyone. When I got there in person ken ended up helping me he was the most amazing person I could imagine he answered me fast. I'm only keeping the one star review because I doubt y'all can keep a man that amazing. He should be the supervisor. I went back later that night and the two guys there was amazing. Just because one of four was bad didn't mean anything. This store was awesome.

I went in to have my battery tested and replaced and once the associate helping me informed me that the battery dose need to be replaced and also verified that the new battery was in stock. I asked about having the battery installed seeing that they have signs all over the store (inside and outside the store) and seeing that I am recovering from stage four cancer surgery and can not lift the battery myself. The associate then told me that they do but not on my car. He started telling me all of the reasons that they don’t do it and all were BS reasons. For one don’t advertise that you do something and then not do it. I will not be going back to this store and would avoid going there and dealing with the lazy people that work there.

I found myself needing a new car battery in a hurry since my car wouldn't start. I magically made (someone jumped my car) it to Advance Auto Parts in Brandon. I was welcomed by two friendly gentlemen who informed me of my options for battery replacement. They also performed free testing on current battery as well as alternator testing. All in all it took maybe 30 minutes or so for the actual replacement and testing. My car started without problems and test revealed no issues with alternator. I can honestly say these two men saved me that afternoon. I am very grateful for the superb customer service and friendly chat along the way. If you ever have any car needs go see Richard and Daniel.
