This review is long overdue. When moving form Michigan to Colorado in May, the AC on my Honda CR-V decided to die about 3 hours outside of Lincoln. This was a big issue, being that it was 100+ degrees and we were driving west right into the sun, my vehicle was jam packed to the brim with everything I owned, so I couldn't even roll the windows down. I explained the situation to the guys at Agee's and they were very understanding and accommodating. They got us in the very first thing in the morning, had the car on the lift and being diagnosed before I even finished giving them my information. They had the problem diagnosed within and hour, had the new AC compressor on the way, and began working in less than an hour. An AC repair in a Honda is quiet the chore, so it did take a few hours, but they were kind enough to lend us a car so we can go explore Lincoln while we were stuck waiting in a less than an idea situation. They got us back on the road with fresh COLD AC as fast as humanly possible, and am so grateful we didn't have to do the last leg of the trip in the brutal heat... The guys at Agee's are kind, honest, and fair priced. Excellent service, and work. I write this review today, and the AC hasn't had a glitch since! Thanks Agee's Automotive Repair, for saving my trip!!

Agee's was recommended to me by a friend and after I spoke with Kyle, the owner, I understand why. He was so friendly and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help. After having gone to a national chain for quite some time it was really refreshing to find a place that listened and didn't make me feel rushed. They gave my high mileage Honda a thorough check and explained all the issues they found. They did not try to upsell me or pressure me and were very positive during the whole process. I feel like they treated me and my vehicle with respect. Price was more than competitive and the value added by excellent customer service puts Agee's above and beyond the competition. Kyle is great mechanic, he diagnosed my car and found the problem with it. He always keeps you informed and lets you make the decisions. He checked with me every time he had needed to add something.
