My car got hit parked on the street a few weeks ago and my entire front bumper/grill, quarter panel and light were pretty damaged. I brought my car to Alameda Auto Body and was extremely happy with my choice of auto body shop! The service was beyond amazing. Kevin did a great job guiding me through the process and providing seamless and informational updates on the progress of the repairs being made to my car. I had gone through insurance and got a rental car while it was being fixed and they even helped me with getting the rental car and returning it. If you ever go through something as stressful as a car accident and having to get it fixed I highly suggest taking your car here. The customer service was above all I have ever seen. My car ended up looking amazing (see photos). The paint is seamless and you couldn't even tell it got hit! When I picked up the car Kevin did a great job explaining the work completed and my warranty benefits. Something I might have forgot to mention is that this was the first time in my life going through something like this so I was initially very scared and not sure what this process would look like. Overall Alameda Auto Body really made this experience an easy 5 stars!

These people are honest and super effective. The back bumper of my Toyota Camry hybrid was falling off. Took it to Alameda Auto body, they came out, look at it, said I won't need to buy a new one, they could fix it within an hour and will charge me the hour labor fee, and screws and the other needed things will be on the house. I dropped it off, an hour later it was like new. That was 3 weeks ago and still holding strong.

These guys are incredible. My car had quite a bit of work to do (all panel's on the side needed to be replaced, painted, etc) and originally was going to take a few weeks to get done. I had to move down to SD from Alameda and they got everything done in a strict timeline. They followed through on everything and overdelivered. Very happy with their customer service!

I would say this place has very friendly people and great customer service while at the shop getting an estimate or picking up vehicle after the work has been completed. Hector Rosales and Aaron Nguyen were the estimators on my car and they explained everything top to bottom on what was going to be done with the repairs on my car as well as listen to my inputs. They were very helpful and displayed great customer service. The only thing I did not feel that was up to my standards was when checking up on the vehicle status and trying to reach the estimators who worked my vehicle. Although the receptionist was very helpful, I felt like trying to reach the other people took longer than expected to get a response back. Also, a courtesy phone call when my vehicle was ready and complete to pick up would have been nice. Instead of me calling in to their shop asking if the car was ready or not. Overall, the trunk body work, painting on it, and the tint on my back windows was great work. Thank you Alameda Auto Body for your quick work. I would recommend others looking for a body shop to repair their vehicles to this place. Very great work and dedicated people working there.

After one visit, I am hooked on Alameda Auto Body. The staff is courteous, respectful and honest almost to a fault. As a result of me running my car over a curb, the front bumper hung loose. Proposals from a few autobody shops range from a new bumper to reattaching the loose bumper at a cost of over $100. Fortunately, I drove by Alameda Autobody while running an errand, and dropped in for an estimate without a prior appointment. Non, a young staff member there, offered to reattach the bumper on the spot and at no cost. I was running an errand and had to schedule an appointment the next day. The next morning, the car was fixed while I waited in their waiting room. Non firmly declined my offer to pay for the work. It was not that the firm was not busy. Their yard and Everett Street were choke full of cars waiting for their attention at the time. All throughout, he was friendly and respectful. I am struck by his courtesy and honesty. If I ever need bodywork on my car, Alameda Autobody will be the only one I will go to.

I needed a radiator supporter bracket for front end bumper. They charged me $568. There was no oil, no water in radiator, &No coolant!!!!! Could've easily busted a block/ whole engine! They must NOT KNOW OR CARE ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS! NO REFERRAL COMES FROM ME! They did not even Tighten the passenger side fender reflector!!!

I needed my vehicle repaired quickly because I use it to commute to and from work. Repairs needed were bumper, side panel, and door repair. Jerry was very nice to me. He explained things clearly, gave good estimates, and fixed my vehicle within the time frame he said they would. He worked with me and assured me that my vehicle would be taken care of. When I picked my car up, it looked like new! While driving home from the shop, I thought my front camera was not working and needed to be calibrated. They responded quickly and was willing to take the car back to fix the issue. Fortunately, I was mistaken, there was no issue. The entire time they were quick to respond to my calls and emails. Great work and good service! The fender and door on my Prius Prime were damaged from an accident. They replaced the fender and repaired the dent in the door to a condition that made it look as good a new. They even matched the paint perfect with the rest of the car. The service was also very good. They did a little extra work, still honored the quote, and the car was ready on time before the holiday weekend. I recommend this place.

The service we received from Alameda Auto and Body Service was exceptional. Dropping off our car felt like handing off all our worries — they handled everything from start to finish. AABS took care of all the paperwork and communicated directly with the other party’s insurance company to get our Tesla repaired. They were professional, fast, and incredibly communicative. We received daily text updates on the repair status, which gave us complete peace of mind. When we picked up the car, we couldn’t even tell where the dent had been. It looked as if they had installed a brand‑new trunk, complete with the Tesla and Dual Motor emblems. Their workmanship and professionalism from beginning to end were outstanding. This is absolutely a 5‑star place to have your vehicle repaired. Truly amazing service.
