I needed my windshield replaced to pass inspection and decided to give Albemarle Auto Glass a try, based on all the positive feedback below. Beau Ryan arrived at my house just prior to the appointment time, worked steadily and efficiently, and was done in no time. The new glass looks great!! Through out our interactions, Beau was both friendly and knowledgeable. I will note three things here. First, if you get it done at home you'll have to pay by check or cash; they can't run a credit card in that setting. Second, when you call Albemarle Auto Glass, their calls are routed to a call center elsewhere. I made an initial call on a Friday and left my information with the operator, but didn't hear anything back for several days. I called back on a Tuesday, left my information again, and Beau Ryan called me back later that day. So, I got through to schedule the service, but it did take a couple of tries to do it. Third, have your VIN number handy when you call them; they will ask for it. You can find it on your car registration.

Albemarle Auto Glass made a stressful day less stressful. Heading into work yesterday I got the not so pleasant surprise of a rock flying into my windshield. I searched all over looking for options to get this repaired, and I was met with no availability to schedule the repair within 24 hours. I was concerned the cracks would travel resulting in me having to get a total replacement. I couldn't ask for a smoother customer service experience. Ethan the tech was very responsive and flexible with my schedule. When he arrived he walked me through the steps of what he was going to do, and also gave me a time frame for completion. I can't recommend Ethan and Albemarle Auto Glass enough. They eased the stress on my wallet and on my day, and I am happy with the results.

These guys are awesome. Can’t say enough good things about them. Friendly and professional and most importantly honest. Had some water leaking inside my car. Thought it was my windshield and/or seal. They came out and looked at it and said wait – it could be your sunroof. They spent 45 minutes diagnosing the problem (which needs to be addressed by Subaru), instead of just replacing a windshield that didn’t need to be replaced. They refused to take any money for their time and troubles. Absolutely a great experience from start to finish.

Albemarle Auto glass was GREAT! They came out the next day, did it fast and thorough (probably cleaned up the glass better than I would have), and were a good price, if I ever need auto glass replaced again (hopefully not) I will definitely call them first. I also need to mention, 2 weeks later I was driving and rolled the window down and back up and thought I heard whistling (air coming in) Beau came out that day and figured out it was just the plastic gasket and got it sorted right away! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!
