I had previously written a poor review based on my experience about a year ago. However, after talking and working through my Mini Cooper issues I found that a lot of the problem with my experience was on me and poor communication on my part. No one likes to sink a lot of money into a 12 year old car. The staff here has worked very hard to rectify the problems and I’m grateful for the engine warranty that came after we rebuilt the engine. I had some check engine lights on and I took it back to Alex’s Autohaus and they replaced the light sensor and did a diagnostic on the engine at no cost because it was covered under their warranty. Their new ownership and honest Staff especially Neil, and skilled labor have helped me work through my car issues. My recent experience has turned me from a 1 star to a 5 star and they have turned me from a negative review to a positive review. This is difficult to do and shows how much they care about their customers needs and their reputation. I would recommend taking your European car to Alex’s Autohaus. They are fair and your car will be in good skilled hands.

What a great shop! A couple weeks ago, I brought in my low mileage 2006 Mercedes E500 Wagon. After almost a year of chasing a problem with the air suspension at the dealerships, Alex’s Autohaus was able to solve the problem within a week. Hendrick was great to work with, very informed, communication was great, and he set the right expectations. This shop is my go to for any issues from here out, their honesty and knowledge has surprised me. The dealer quoted me THOUSANDS for unnecessary work that they said needed to be performed and Alex’s Autohaus was able to get me taken care of for a fraction of the cost due to pinning down the exact problem and not fixing things that were already working. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get any type of work done on their car. You guys are AWESOME!!!
