I don't know who was running the place when everyone else reviewed the business but I've only had good experiences here. My first visit I was replacing my gasket cover and they found two other parts that needed to be replaced (the wiring and spark plugs). They didn't charge me for one of the parts, out of kindness. They also did everything, and parts, for around $200. The other shop I usually attended quoted me $300 for the one part and labor. So I got a great deal and they were really nice. My most recent visit went even more smoothly. They replaced the two parts I needed in half an hour and at check out the man said normally they have to charge the full hour but he thought that rule was "stupid" and only charged me for half. I spent under $100. This is a great place and the men there have been really honest and kind. They will keep getting my business!

Got my water pump replaced about 7 months ago. They did an awesome job. They was very busy at the time so it took a few days before they got to my car which was okay with me. No problems with my new water pump.

The negative reviews are on point, so please pay attention to them. Jiffy Lube has lost my respect after my experience with Auto Enhance, that they apparently own and referred me to. $2200+, and several months later, my car’s heater still didn’t work. They had my car more than a week the first time, a couple of weeks the second time, and about a week the THIRD time. It seemed fine for a couple of weeks after that, and then whatever bandaid they’d done to it came off and the exact same issue recurred. In the middle of flipping winter. Since I was at the “3 strikes and you’re out” phase, I took it elsewhere. The system hadn’t been bled and pressurized properly and was low by 1.5 gallons of coolant. Cost me another couple hundred dollars for that, which I will be pursuing reimbursement for. Oh, and they never call you back and only sometimes answer the phone. Never listen to Jiffy Lube about repairs - go get a diagnostic from your trusted repair shop and go from there. This old raising my grandkids grandma, who had a hospital stay during the times they had my car, had to walk the kids to school more days than I can count, and really doesn’t have money to spare completely regrets letting them touch my car and take my precious money, convenience, and time away. AVOID!!!!

Lynn is a down to earth, kind, professional who isn't going to rip you off. I pre-ordered a replacement passenger side mirror, brought it in, and replaced it beautifully. My boyfriend's son was told by two other mechanics that he would have to pay $3,500 for a new head gasket on his Subaru, Lynn looked at it and that wasn't the problem at all. He fixed the car for $450 and saved us thousands.

I was helped by Lynn at Auto enhance. I am generally very cautious to not be scammed if I have to go see a mechanic, and generally finding an unpleasant process. That being said I intend to go to auto enhance in the future. And would be happy to be helped by Lynn. Lynn is so amazing! Being a female it's hard to find shops you can trust. This is one of them. Lynn took the time to explain things to me and was very informative. I had been to 3 shops and told so many different things all costing over a thousand. I had to hold off on repairs until I had the money. I was told I had to fix the transfer case but he looked at it and that was not the case. He saved me so much money and now all the warning lights are off my truck. It runs great! I am so glad I was referred to this shop. Definitely recommend.

I had an appointment scheduled with Auto Enhance in Murray that I booked over the phone. I left work early, drove over 40 minutes in traffic with my four-year-old, only to arrive and be told that the person who was supposed to help me had left early for the holiday — because the Fourth of July was the next day and he “didn’t want to work anymore.” I had to flag someone down just to even get that explanation. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time, especially when an appointment was scheduled and confirmed. I wasn’t offered a real solution, just told to reschedule, which I won’t be going to.. I do not recommend this shop based on the poor service and lack of accountability.

They were nice enough to install the parts that I bought. There were some unfortunate events that forced me to reschedule twice, which I got no notice of until I was either on my way to the shop, or calling to see if the work had been at least started. Lastly, I paid just shy of $500 to get my AC working so I wouldn't get heat stroke on my roadtrip to Colorado. The mechanic who repaired my car didn't put refrigerant in the system after they completed the repair, nor did they call me to see if that was something I wanted them to do (as it "wasn't covered in the original estimate"). So I essentially gave them $500 to put parts in my car, but not get the AC working. My recommendation to potential customers: Don't expect schedule confirmations, or needed reschedule notices. If you get work done at this location, make sure everything you need repaired is stated EXPLICITLY in your estimate, or it will be forgotten/ignored.
