Best shop I’ve ever worked with! Truly some of the best Customer service and service on my vehicle I have ever experienced. The entire team, including Nick, Deja, everybody at the front counter and the rest of the mechanics thats worked on my car were amazing. Deja was very kind and punctual with updating me on the status of my vehicle multiple times a week which was greatly appreciated, and Nick went out of his way to find solutions for a few unexpected problems that arose which I couldn’t be more thankful for. My vehicle was perfect in the end and i highly recommend this shop for quality service done right!

From the moment I walked in, Deja made the entire process so much easier. She was incredibly empathetic and patient, especially since this was my first time being in a crash. Great people, great service. When I got the car back and the front right turn signal wasn’t working (unrelated to the work they did), they found the wiring issue and fixed it free of charge when I mentioned it. The rear bumper work they did was flawless and they always kept me updated on the progress. I had the car back in less than a week and a half. They even gave me a ride to enterprise so I could pick up my rental. If I need body work done again, this is the only shop that will get my business

My pup tore my headliner near the sunroof - took it in to get it replaced through insurance. They told me 10 days. Day 9 @4:30pm I get a call from my insurance that my headliner is on back order with no expected date of when the part will be in stock. I called the shop, they called me back @4:55pm & said they’d already removed the windshield for the process (it usually breaks during this process—thus they have to replace it with a new $1200 windshield) & they were waiting for the glass guy to come put a new one on. My first issue was WHY are they removing my windshield before they even have the part? Second was - they waited until the day before my truck was due back to me to tell me. They replaced my windshield on Day 10 & before I went & picked it up I saw an alert on my phone app that the calibration wasn’t done correctly. I called to let them know - she told me I was missing radars for the calibration & I had to convince her that the radars were not missing & they needed to call the glass guy back. Glass guy was kind enough to come to my house & replace the part that was crucial to calibration. He expressed that it was a part he told them he needed & they wanted a second opinion. Lastly - I gave 3 stars because after speaking to the manager, he LISTENED to me, rather than interrupting like the other girl. I had some issues after the headliner was complete & he fixed all my concerns & drove it back to me.
