I cannot begin to express the great appreciation I have for "All Around Auto" and the staff. David and his amazing crew always takes great care of "The Baby", my 2000 Durango. They go beyond the call of duty to make sure everything is repaired and safe for me on my adventures. They treat you like family, I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, very proud of that and will continue to bring my business there and always refer others. Prior to David, I have dealt with other repair shops, but they just don't compare to the quality and care that you receive here, why go to the rest when you can have the best! XO

I had been using another Auto shop but they changed hands so I tried the place my daughter uses. All Around Auto were very thorough on the diagnostic evaluation, receptionist was kind and informed. The work was done in the time promised and I feel confident because they explained everything well and listened to my concerns. Will definitely return for my car maintenance.

Run and I mean run. I took my car in to replace a serpentine belt. Cost $400 They did a quality check and found my transmission line was leaking replaced that for another $1600. They told me that the car can’t be driven if the line was leaking. So I have them fix it. Then they call and say the engine is misfiring and will need a couple of days to figure that out. I was like what heck all I need was a belt change. I told them to stop, which was the best decision ever. I took it to another shop and they say that one of the spark plug gap was wrong and they replaced it. They told me that whoever took it out must have hit the gap causing a miss fire. Guess what it was probably when they did their quality check. On top of that they had to change the belt also because the belt was torn already. They replace the belt and put in a new tensioner. On top of that I had them test the line that all around replace to see if it was leaking and guess what it was fine. You hear about being rip off by auto mechanic but never realize it could happen to you.

I have a Toyota Tacoma that broke down off Van Dyke. All Around Auto Services was close but I asked the tow company if they were any good. She said yes and she was correct. Great guy Kevin, you can tell he’s very knowledgeable and went out of his way to work with us and help us. This is what you want from a shop/mechanic. I will continue going there and bring my other car, 76 Corvette. I highly recommend and definitely will be going back!

They got me in out very fast especially because I was in town visiting family,that was worth 5 stars.. but the overcharging me for a new water separator and fuel filter was criminal!!!These filters are 100 bucks each they tacked on another 85 bucks each and got charged 100 for a 3/4 tank of fuel,that's like an extra 200 bucks padded to the bill.So that's why they got 2 stars, robbery is robbery.

My brakes started grinding on our van right before a long road trip and I called 4 other shops and they were booked for more than a week. The good: All Around Auto was able to get me in the next day! They were professional, friendly, and were extremely thorough. They fixed my van's brakes. The bad: Getting only my rear brakes done at All Around Auto was more than twice as much as getting BOTH my front and rear brakes done at our usual shop, A&A Auto, although that was two years ago. So it basically cost about 4 times as much. Sure, inflation has been rough, but not by that much. They were upfront with what it would cost, but there was nothing I could do if I wanted to get my brakes in working order for our trip. I do appreciate they did it quickly,but I think I know why this shop was not busy. This shop does many things right, but beware their costs are prohibitive, and cost is a huge deal.

I recently started coming here but this is definitely a great place to get your car serviced. I have an older vehicle, and they identified issues that the previous garage completely missed, I believe I was also ripped off from that previous garage because I paid for a 360 inspection and they claimed to have found nothing wrong when in reality there were issues. While that kind of news is never great, it’s understandable given that my car is nearly 30 years old. They provide clear documentation, including photos and videos, organized in a small portfolio for your specific vehicle. They also walk through everything over the phone with detailed explanations without being pushy, as they want to be as transparent with you as much as possible. Overall, they are a great place to bring your car for service, and everyone there is very friendly. I plan on bringing my vehicle back in the spring to get the rest of it fixed with new parts as they are willing to continue working on it.
