They said that I had to fix something to pass inspection, but when I went to Arandas North Tryon they never said that I had to do anything, and I knew that. I definitely recomend Arandas on the North Tryon not the one on South Tryon.

Took a working van to get engine rebuilt cause of water and oils were leaking and when i got it back it was still leaking oil. a different situation was another car i took to get door harness back in i knew what it was but did not have the equipment to do so, i took it in and took about 4 hours to do so and was charge 350 for just that and i asked what all did they do and he said everything new in the door panel when i took it home my speaker was not working now and i opened and nothing was new it was such a slopy lazy job they did took it back and they just wired the left speaker to right one and they broke my stereo harness and subwoofer was not working anymore not worth my time and money.

The WORSE Experience I have ever had dealing with Mechanics. I took my car to check for a noise, when they were finished my car drove for 5 minutes then COMPLETELY shut off. Then the manager says there is nothing he can do. I brought a WORKING car to a Mechanic and then drive away and my ALTERNATOR, & my PULLEY destroyed, my radio and AC stopped working as well which were completely fine before taking. They are CROOKS damaging your vehicles. Believe Me

I've changed my own oil, filters and other light mechnic work, but when I need larger jobs done I got to Arandas. I was recommended them by a tow truck driver when a car over heated. Since that first repair I now take both my cars to them. They have the best prices when doing price comparisons to other places around Charlotte and surrounding areas. You can even buy your own parts and they will quote you for and perform the labor. I've gotten a cracked head gasket repaired, brakes and brake fluid and hoses changed and oil changed fixed there. They will also help you find places junk your car for cash or sell it if you no longer want it after a repair.

I have been to several different mechanics in Charlotte and 9 out of 10 times left dissatisfied or ripped off! Arandas has never failed to deliver awesome service mechanically as well as customer service! They are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I will be a lifelong Customer! I strayed away and lost $1400 literally so before you make that same drastic mistake as I did, Go to Arandas!!!

I have been taking my Mercedes Benz to Arandas since 2011. The team is very knowledgeable and transparent with any repair. The prices are very reasonable and the team is on top of everything from drop off to the finished repair. I have done breaks, suspension work and even axle changes there at the work was excellent. It is rare to find mechanic business of this caliber and I always recommend to family and friends.

I love this place. It’s an auto-service business that is lowkey yet always willing to help. Pedro has always been so helpful whenever I go in for assistance with my car. He is willing to both listen & help which I appreciate. You can tell everyone works hard here.

One of the best auto shops I’ve been too. Price is fair, service is excellent and they’re fast as it gets. The two times I’ve dropped my car off for service they’ve been able to get it to me same day or next day. I would highly recommend. Hector is a real one.

I’m so impressed and happy with the service at Arandas! This family business deserves 6 stars. I made an appointment because I was concerned about the brakes, and needed an oil change. After checking the brakes, they confirmed the brakes were fine, so no brake service was necessary. I had forgotten to mention that a brake light was broken, but they noticed it and repaired it without me having to ask.

I’ve been coming here for a while to have my cars inspected but I just recently needed my daughter’s Lexus fixed. The guy at the front desk is always so nice and polite and they did an excellent job on my daughter’s car. Extremely reasonable on pricing (she needed a new catalytic converter, oil change and inspection) and he’s very honest. I love the that I didn’t feel as if I was being taken of and he gave it to me straight. I’ll definitely keep coming here!!!

Completely unprofessional scam artists. I dropped off two of my vehicles and the service was horrible. They side swiped and scratched the entire right back corner panel of the first car and transfered white paint from another vehicle. He tried to say it was there before it was dropped off. That's a complete lie. I have cameras with time stamps to prove he's lying. I'll be filing a suit in small claims court. They also left oil on the mats, interior door handles, and the check engine light is now on. The job was for a simple alternator change and a valve cover gasket replacement. That was the first car. The second car required four O2 sensors to be replaced (which I supplied) . Sounds simple enough? Guess again. He charged me 344.00 dollars to replace O2 sensors. The receipt said three sensor replacements two at 109.00 and the third at eighty something. He tried to charge me three hours labor to replace three O2 sensors. Where was the fourth? He didn't replace it and it has disappeared. He only left three used O2's in the car. I'll be including that in my suit. I'll also be filing a complaint with the state Attorney General for fraud. The receipt clearly states three sensors were replaced when we both agreed I dropped off four. He was too ignorant to cover up his blatant, fraudulent, predatory charges. Also, this guy is a liar. I dropped off the second car when I picked up the first. I called him immediately when I saw the damage. Why didn't he explain the oil left all over the inside of the vehicle. He didn't offer to clean that. Again, why was it there in the first place? Look at the labor price on three O2 sensors on the receipt that I supplied myself. It takes a max of 20 mins. to change a sensor, especially with a lift. He charged me at an hour each. Lastly, on the receipt it says diagnosis 0.00. What a joke I have an obd2 scan tool, that's why I brought the sensors. Auto one or Advanced will scan for codes free at any given time. This guy is a certified clown

Cannot recommend or trust this shop. My girlfriend's car was showing a check engine light in January of this year. Having just returned from a trip and needing to drive 3 hours home, she went to this shop to have it diagnosed and fixed prior to driving back. This shop determined that her car needed a new throttle body and mass airflow sensor. All said and done, the job cost roughly $1,100 for parts and labor. A few months later, her check engine came back on. This time I ran the codes and determined the MAF sensor was causing the issue. The car is a Nissan Sentra - a genuine Nissan MAF runs between $200 and $300 depending on where you order. Despite this the shop charged $467 for a Duralast Mass Air Flow Sensor (DL-3135) that retails for $170 at AutoZone (currently on sale for $143). So - they charged $300 more than the part costs (for a non OEM part mind you) and this does not even include labor, and the part did not even last a year. It is truly unclear to me whether the car really needed a new throttle body (I doubt it based on how they handled the MAF). However, it is clear to me that they have no issue charging $300 over retail (almost 3 times the actual price) for a generic part that didn't last. Again - this does not include the labor charge. Do not trust these people - they are predatory and dishonest.
