I really cannot say enough about the incredibly thoughtful level of service and care I received at Auto Tech. My experience with most automotive service folks has been pretty alienating. It has always been really difficult to sign off on repairs and pay maintenance bills in environments that feel tense and unapproachable. I have a 1991 Toyota Land Cruiser 80 that is so special and important to me and I decided to try out Auto Tech for a pretty significant brake replacement and suspension replacement. After performing diagnostics, Aroon actually took me into the service bay, but the FJ80 in the air and showed me, piece-by-piece, what needed repair and how he was going to do it. It was so empowering to be given that sort of access to the process and to be communicated with in a way that made me feel like I was involved in the process. The level of accountability in that is like nothing I have ever experienced from a mechanic. I ended up returning to the shop for Aroon to install an ARB Old Man Emu suspension! He took so much time and care choosing the correct parts and had such a wealth of expertise that he knew about parts that weren't included in the standard kit that made the installation so much more effective and solid -- stuff I never would have known about if not for his expertise. Miksy is an amazing person to work with on scheduling and provides the best customer service for the shop. Together they are such a great team. Really can't recommend them enough!

This place deserves the 5 stars. They really do go out of their way to take care of you. They even went as far as taking pictures and showing me the work needed. These people are honest and hard working people who definitely can go to sleep soundly at night with clear conscious. Previous to coming here I had gone to two other mechanics who were trying to nickel and dime me. The breaks feel great and I appreciate this place. Will come back here in the future.

I had a great experience from setting up my appointment to being met great professional care. Aroon made me feel confident and knowing what was the issue. I was heard and my concerns was well look at and discussed. It is neat and well organized operation, great quality and awesome to work with. I was amazed with the customer service miksy showed with great explanation. Best auto, factory trained technician I found. I be sur bringing my vehicle back. I was pointed out something as well; when getting my wheel alignment by Aroon. It would have cost me much more if I never caught it. My 91 chevy pick up was leaking coolant and another shop quoted $2200 and 1 week turnaround. I brought it here instead and was quoted $600 and was given a 3 day turn around. I was referred to this business as well. A lady answered. Gave her my info for vehicle service. She said we’ll get back to you. Hmmmmm. Okay. I’ll wait to leave a final review. So far idk what to think. 2020 Kia Sorento awd 6 cylinder asked about transmission service. Update. 20240827 service performed. Great service and follow up. All employees were helpful and friendly. This place is by far the best mechanic in town hands down! Midas told my girlfriend she needed new rear shocks and front control arms on her Lexus CT200H. Aroon the owner put it on the lift and showed me the rear shocks were still perfect and so were the front control arms.We own four Japanese cars that are older and only use auto tech now. We have also referred many friends to them and all of our friends say they will never use another mechanic. Thank you Aroon and your team for making normal people trust mechanics again!

If I have to say one thing about this place, it would be this. No matter where you're located at, if your vehicle is broke and needs fixing, even if you're stranded, get it towed to Auto Tech Inc. The expertise, the pleasant disposition and honesty from this shop is the reason I took down the raving review of my previous auto shop. Just look at their credentials on their website and read about my experience below and you will understand why I said what I said. Let me share a back story to give you context. About two months ago, I brought my car (2010 Honda Crosstour) to The Garage cuz it was near my place and the first visit cost quite a bit but they told us they replaced some part that had cracks in it and they showed it to us. Fair enough, but shortly after there was an issue with my AC. So back to the shop we went. They fixed that and I pick my baby up again. In total, it was almost 3k spent. However, the very next day after collecting my car the second time around, my engine was squeaking. Called them and they said it could be anything, they strongly insisted it wouldn't be because of shoddy work on their end and that I'd have to bring her in to check. Hubby and I both agreed we'd figure it out on our own cuz every vehicle we've brought in to them has cost over a grand each time and after coming back, a new issue would pop up. It just seemed like diminishing returns. And then, for reasons unbeknownst to me, just a week after the squeaking started, my alternator craps out on me and I end up stranded in a parking lot. So we tried to go the AutoZone route and swapped out the alternator on our own right there in the parking lot and I managed to get back home. Until the next day when I get stranded at the daughter's friend's place. They kindly took me to AutoZone where I brought a brand new battery and drove home. Hubby and I believed that all was good. Until we got stranded (again!) at Los Ranchos bakery (love their coffee and breakfast items!) where the owner, Jovi, so kindly gave me a jump start and recommended his mechanic, Aroon at Auto Tech, who was just 6 minutes south of the bakery, along 4th Street. Hubby somehow managed to get my girl to the garage, coasting the last couple of yards into the workshop and after a quick discussion with Aroon and his wife Mixie, (not sure if I spelled that right) we left my precious baby there and waited on a call from them for a price quote on a new Denso OEM alternator , which would put out the correct amount of juice my girl needs. Couple hours later, we get the call back and I'm total, with ordering the alternator, core charge, and labor, the total was a little over $720. Had I brought it in to the last place, I'm sure they'd charge me another grand and an arm and a leg. We decided to let them work on her and OMG, I was ecstatic with the result. He fixed the problem and after running diagnostics, they informed us of a couple of other issues to take note of and to fix at the earliest convenience, to ensure our safety while operating the vehicle By the way, not only did I have a new alternator that does the right job, he got my car purring like a brand new cat and somehow, he got rid of the tpms light that has been on since I bought the car. No one else has done that. So take my word for it, any sign of problems, go straight to Auto Tech Inc.

Best customer and car service I’ve ever experienced at a shop. Prices are more than reasonable especially when you realize that they only use higher quality parts. I was told it would just be my hub bearing that would be getting fixed but now all my codes are cleared, fluids topped off, and random sounds from the tires and other components don’t occur. My car is genuinely running the best it ever has, If you want someone who is going to put quality work into your vehicle and treat it like it’s their own instead of just another job, take it here. I promise you won’t regret it.

Aroon and Miksy are THE BEST. I was recommended to Aroon by word of mouth and I won’t be taking any of my vehicles anywhere else. Both Aroon and his wife are extremely kind and easy to work with. Great service and hospitality! I went to Christian Brothers because it was close and convenient. They ran a diagnostic and gave me a massive list of things they said urgently needed replacement or were recommended to be replaced. My main issue was the clutch, which they quoted at $3.2k to replace, and the other repairs were also very expensive—for example, $700 just for spark plugs. I then went to Auto Tech, where they quoted us around $2.2k for the clutch. I also brought up the long list of urgent/recommended repairs from Christian Brothers, and Auto Tech looked over everything. They found that the only thing that actually needed attention was an oil change. Auto Tech was excellent—they had my car back to me in just two days, while Christian Brothers said it would take a week or more. I highly recommend Auto Tech: very friendly people, fast service, and most importantly, honest work. That kind of integrity goes a long way. If I ever need to take my car to a shop again, they’ll be my first choice.

Friendly staff, great communication about expectations, and excellent prices! We came here as we started getting a fuel sensor indicator outage code. We priced out auto tech along with a couple of other places, and Auto Tech was by far a better price. They were also very friendly and upfront about expectations around timing and price. I had an excellent experience with Auto Tech. I needed to have my alternator replaced on my 4Runner. I reached out to three places in Albuquerque. One shop said they’d get back to me with an estimate which they never did. Another shop called back 6 hours later with an estimate that was $170 more than what Auto Tech gave me. When I called Auto Tech, the phone was answered by a very helpful person who took all my information and called me back with a very fair estimate within 5 minutes. This was on a Friday and they were able to take my truck in the following Monday morning. It was repaired perfectly with quality parts from the Toyota dealership. It’s now been nearly 3 weeks and I’ve had zero problems. I highly recommend Auto Tech not only for their customer service but also their excellent work and fair prices.
