Very satisfied customer here. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic for yourself or to recommend to family and friends, THIS IS YOUR SHOP! I own a 2014 Ram 1500 that had the infamous Hemi cam & lifter failure for that year engine, and took it to my brother’s trusted mechanic, Burim at Auto Tershana. They are a rare find - professional, clean, organized, and above all, HONEST. They charge reasonable rates with no unpleasant surprises. I ended up buying a remanufactured motor that had been modified for better oil flow (to prevent engine oil starvation at idle, the most likely culprit of the cam/lifter and other engine wear issues). They installed it no problem, along with a better Melling high flow oil pump, some ceramic coated stainless steel headers to replace the old cast iron exhaust manifolds that have a tendency to warp over time, and I threw in a Walker quiet-flow muffler that nicely reduced cabin noise, so now I have a deep low engine growl, but no high-pitched or obnoxious exhaust preventing me from hearing my son talk about life in the back seat or waking up my neighbors. Any parts they swapped over from the old engine were carefully cleaned, repainted, etc. The truck actually runs better than when I first bought it, and I’ve fallen back in love with it. I would recommend Auto Tershana over any other mechanic shop for vehicle repairs and maintenance. I really don’t have one bad thing to say about them, and tipped the mechanic I was so impressed with his work (and I’m not rich, so it was a sacrifice, but he deserved it). They’ve earned my business loyalty. Hands down, this is your place!

The best auto repair service that I had in a long time. Clinking sound was coming from the steering wheel of my Camry 2015. The Firestone could not fix it and pretty much ripped me off by changing other parts. Then my neighbor recommended me to Auto Tershana and the owner was very quick to diagnose the problem and set up an appointment. Very happy that it was fixed in a timely manner. 2006 Ford Mustang GT Came in for a no start, instead of trying to charge me way too much like most other places. He set me up for worst case scenario new fuel pump new plugs etc... upwards of $900+... Scary.... I know... While he set my expectations for the worse... He later found the transfer hose was just disconnected fromt he fuel pump. Yes!!! Not out of the woods yet... He wanted to ensure that I could not only start the car.. but wanted to ensure I could safely drive... So, after all was said and done... New fuel pressure switch, reconnecting the transfer hose... Dropping the exhaust cleaning the exhaust, intake, intake manifold, and flushing my oil... Came out less than half of what I was originally quoted.... I would recommend these guys to anyone that wants HONEST AND DEPENDABLE service. I WiLL ONLY TAKE MY CAR HERE FROM NOW ON

Fantastic service and communication. Brought my police vehicle, Tahoe in because it was making a funny noise and he immediately diagnosed it and set up an appointment for the following day. Fixed the idler pully and replaced the tension belt. Ordered the part and had the work done the next day. Also very thorough in checking everything. Very reasonable on price and does what he says he's going to do. Highly recommend. While I was in the shop I got to see many customers come and go and they were all So Satisfied and many commented on how much money he saved them and how he did a great job for them as well. Absolutely Go Here! Took my car here after a horrible experience with another mechanic. He had issues found and resolved in a few days. He even had my car working the day after he received it. Also drivable as an option if i desperately needed it with info and options about parts i needed. Also informed me of upcoming things I needed to be prepared for and look at for with my car. Got it repaired then had to take it back because another issue came up. He looked at it, and what I really appreciate is he sat down and had a detailed explanation and answered all my questions. I felt i could trust him, and he knew what he was doing. To top it off, my battery was acting up. I called him after hours and told him about the issue. Then, I dropped my car off overnight and was called the next day with an issue found and resolved. I'm just so Thankful and impressed. I get the impression this is a job he has dedication towards, and he cares about. He understands your side of fear of cost and trying to understand what's going on and does what he can to mitigate cost and works with you on what your finances allow.

I have been using Auto Tershauna since 2022 and will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Over the last three years, they have handled everything from routine maintenance to a full, unexpected, engine replacement. As a young-ish woman with limited knowledge of cars, I am confident I could have been easily taken advantage of and charged significantly more. However, Burim has always provided fair and honest pricing and was even kind enough to speak with my Dad on multiple occasions regarding the necessary repairs to ensure I was comfortable with the work being done and the pricing.
