Bought a cheap car from autonation for over $6000 and less that 6 months later, after fixing issues on the car and putting less than a 1,000 miles on it, they felt it was worth $1,000. Absurd level of depreciation. Very disappointing and would probably avoid buying from them in the future because of it. I actually purchased a brand new vehicle the same week as went to a different dealer because of this. I was going to just keep my feedback to myself but they have been spamming me with review request emails so here you go. My honest feedback.

I went to this location just scouting options after looking at a car prior at another autonation location. I expressed how much I loved that car & Nathan Ohms did not hesitate to help me mark off all my boxes on the car, offered me a second look & i couldn’t say no. He went right over & brought the car to the honda location so i could get another look. I fell in love again with the car & we jumped right into the process. He was so friendly and ensured everything went smooth. He was super detailed & explained it all down to a T. It was the quickest & most welcoming encounter i’ve had at a dealership.

I came in to look at a car I found online. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Nathan and asked if there was anything he could help me find. I told him I was looking at this car online and he said we could go take it for a drive. I loved the car so Nathan brought us inside and we talked. He was working with Kelton who was also very nice and making sure we had everything we needed including water and coffee! They gave us a really good deal. We then were talking to Andrew the finance manager who then gave me an even better deal! I had an amazing experience coming here! Everyone was overall super nice and very helpful!

This service dept refused to honor the ad for a $49.99 oil change. The ad didn't specify it was only for Hondas (I have an AUTO NATION SUBARU) and it couldn't be transferred to another person (a friend sent it to me). I had a terrible time getting any response from any managers. I was told at 4:20 that someone would contact me before 6:00, no one did I had to call again the next day. The next day the service manager refused to honor the ad, he gave me a great deal of run around and was hostile, refusing to acknowledge their tactics are 'bait and switch' (it is the exact definition of this). When I asked for the general manager I was told he would contact me at a specific time. It was hours later and then he was argumentative re: the issue. He also denied it was "bate and switch', he stated it would make it right but then went on the make all sorts of excuses why he wouldn't. I was driving to Seattle by the time he called and had to pull off I-90 to take the call which lasted 15 minutes. He finally said (again) that he'd honor it 'this time' but went on and on about how the ad was only for Honda's (which was not stated in the ad), he finally said there was a 'communication problem with the ad and it shouldn't have been written that way (classic bait and switch). I will never go there again and neither will my friend who owns a Honda. Terrible customer service. I'm very displeased

Fantastic experience! Nathan was fantastic, the whole staff was pretty friendly, I didn’t feel pressured or cornered into a vehicle based on the situation I was handling at the time of checking out AutoNation. He was more than above and beyond and even went the lengths to come pick me up to go get the car. Goofed around for a good while waiting on approval and it made the experience much more natural. Andre was also fantastic in helping me secure a great deal. Probably my best experience I’ve had dealing with dealerships. The whole staff was friendly and attentive. I absolutely would look to shop here if you’re in the market for something decently priced as well as coming out with the best deals.

I was hopeful in 2026 car dealerships would have realized buyers don't like the traditional high pressure dealer experience and would have developed more sincere sales approaches. I contacted this dealer to get a simple price on a vehicle we are interested in purchasing. We are well qualified and shopping around to find the best price without getting sucked into the physical dealership to play all the same old games. Not only did Amaya repeatedly ignore my simple request of their best price on the vehicle in question, she disrespectfully ignored my declination to provide additional personal contact info as we have no interest in being added to a marketing database. My experience here was not surprising, but nonetheless, still disappointing.

The people at Autonation are different than the ones I’ve found at lots in the past. They care about the person, and know what a vehicle means to an owner or driver. When I faced a mechanical issue with my 2024 Honda Accord, the warranty from Honda would not cover it. Seeing me, and being human enough to put themselves in my shoes, their service department stepped in and took care of the issue anyways.They were willing to lose money to fix my car. Why? It was the right thing to do. When life no longer made sense for me in the Accord, I took it to them for trade in. Their sales team worked with me over several days as I weighed other trade-in options. In the end, I drove off in a car more suited for my current needs and actually made a little money off of the trade in as well! For contrast, the Nissan down the street wanted me to give them 7k more for a similarly valued trade! If you are a person with bad experiences on car lots — give these people a chance. They go out of their way to meet you where you are at. I’ve never drove off their lot feeling like they had worked me over. Rather, every time I leave Autonation Honda in Spokane Valley, I wonder how they can even do that! Because of how they treated me, they will always be my first choice for automotive needs.
