I recently sought glass replacement services in Spokane and CDA area and unfortunately chose to get a bid from this company. After receiving 4 bids, it became clear that their pricing is significantly higher than other competitors. I felt compelled to share my experience as I was shocked by the discrepancy. In addition to the excessive cost, I also experienced subpar customer service during my interactions. I felt like my concern were not taken seriously, which added to my disappointment. I strongly recommend potential customers obtain at least one other bid to compare pricing before making a decision. Don't let your self be over charged- there are better options out there!

Grizzly was one of the companies my insurance recommended to get my windshield replaced. They were quick to call and get me scheduled after I submitted my claim and were able to complete the service the next day. However, when I received the call my car was ready I had to leave work to rush to pick it up because they were closing early, within 30 mins of calling me, which they did not mention would be happening when I dropped off the car. Then when I got there and picked up my car, I noticed it had shards of broken glass all over the inside of my car (seats, dashboard, center console, etc). My windshield had a crack across it and was not shattered when I dropped it off. I was not informed anything had occurred, so now I am left to wonder what else happened that I am not aware of. I didn’t have time to do a thorough inspection before I left and they closed, so I will be doing that today to make sure nothing else is wrong.

I called for a quote to have a rock chip in my windshield repaired and the person I talked with was friendly & professional (and the Grizzly quote was a just a little over 1/2 of what another windshield repair place I called had quoted me). They said I could stop by anytime during business hours. When I brought my truck in for the repair, the person who repaired it did a great job & it was quick too. Needed to get windshield replaced on 2006 Kia Sedona, they ordered it and the first one that came in had an issue/defect so they needed to order another one and reschedule the mobile service(no problem there, can't control that). Second windshield comes in and I call the in the morning the day before our install, the lady says the window is in and it's all good for tomorrow. I get a call a few hours later from a different person and they tell me unfortunately this window also has a defect/issue so they have to re-order again. But this time from another supplier(frustrating because I wish they could have told me when I called that morning but I get it). Third time is a charm right...They get the window and this one is good(yay). The mobile installer comes out to replace it Tuesday and its during our heat advisory week 8/24/25-8/30/25. He gets here and says he cannot do the install because of rain(it was literally 90 degrees and a tiny drizzle that went away in minutes. So we had to reschedule again, this was only two days later on Thursday, weather was mid 70 degrees, installer calls me and say's can't do the install do to rain/drizzle which there was none. He said you can take it to the shop and we can get it all complete there. I said no worries I'll call and figure it out. Called my insurance and switched companies went with Safelite auto glass which is who we had used before and had zero issues. Safelite scheduled me literally for the next morning. Moral of the story don't use Grizzly just use whoever your insurance company refers. Not angry and mad just wanted to leave an honest review with my experience and timeline. Update: Installer calls me back 2 hours after this review and says hey I can swing by and get you install done now if you like. our window was 11am-3pm he called me back at 3:15pm. I said no we switched companies.

Took my class a to Grizzly in Spokane valley. They replaced the left front windshield panel. The windshield work was fine, but the repair people broke off my cup holder no word from the front desk. No big deal, I’ll shine the cup holder on. Drove right over to Camping World to empty the holding tanks for storage as I had just returned from winter south. Surprise the water closet door was damaged, wasn’t damaged when I left it there. they obviously hooked a garage door rail while backing out of the bay. Unfortunately I had not done a walk around before leaving there lot to drive the short distance to Camping World. I took the rv right back to Grizzly, the desk guy took pictures said he would talk to the Manager. Manager calls me later that day, totally denied responsibility, claimed I had damaged the door driving three miles to Camping world, denuded damage to my insurance. Just a side bar , I am a class c CDL licensed driver I drive tractor trailer rigs , I I have driven large commercial buses, have lots of stick time with large commercial vehicles and class a rv’s. Bottom line always takes photos before leaving your rig for repair, always do a walk around before leaving company lot. Sorry for your none cooperation Grizzly Karma will catch up to you in the end!

Don't use Grizzly Glass as they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!! We have a motorhome and had both windshields replaced July 2024. We left on our trip to Billings, MT when the rubber molding came out on driver's side of the windshield. We called them and was told there was nothing they could do until we came back, but the windshield would be fine (we were on our way to Mesa for the winter). We brought the motorhome in on 5/1/2025 for repairs. They completed that repair, but now in November our windshield (driver's side) is leaking into our motorhome and Grizzly Glass will not do anything! They claim that the 1 year warranty has expired on that windshield even though the first problem was only a months after install and the second one was only 6 months. The windshield WAS NOT INSTALLED RIGHT, and the warranty SHOULD still be in effect because they worked on that windshield 2 twice. I have called my insurance company to let them know that Grizzly Glass does not and WILL NOT stand behind there work. Save yourself the headache and frustration!!

So thrilled with Cody and Grizzly Glass. We had a large bird crash into one of our large picture windows a few weeks ago when it was very cold. The window had cracked and with the temperature, the crack quickly spread. Cody was great at coming out quickly, we had a quote the next day. I had a different company replaced the glass in my older vehicle and it leaked and made my vehicle vehicles stink. So when I had a new vehicle, I did not want my windshield replaced by the same people. I was very excited that grizzly replaces windshields in a way that isn’t just quick but is thorough and I have had no problems. They got me in quick it was covered by my insurance, even though my insurance didn’t Initially put them as someone they covered. Always worth an extra ask. Everyone was very friendly and the turnaround was two days from my first call.
