I’m satisfied with the service here! I had a few questions in regards of my wiper blades that I needed to change and a lady assisted me finding the right ones for my car. A young man also assisted me placing the new windshields on my car! He has curly hair, I think his name is Jonathan, he speaks Spanish as well. He was very nice and helpful!

1.Don’t waste your time. I called to asked if they can change my battery because my car died and the road side assistant told me to go there the person then asked my “why you assume we change batteries” I was very confused. I just said the person who jumped my car told me to come here. I told the employee that instead of asking me why am I assuming just simply say it’s not a service we offer. I then called another location and they told me to come to this same location because they do. So unprofessional everyone just seem like they are just hanging out on the clock instead of running a store. 2. I was leaving out of the store to look at my car and went to bend down and tie my shoe and another customer was leaving out and hit me with the door I turned around and he said sorry. The employees and what also look like a supervisor because he had on a different color shirt rushing to the door yelling at us in English and Spanish telling us not to leave the store I am trying to ask them why they are completely ignoring me! Turns out the guy was stealing stuff and thought I was with him and didn’t even address me or apologize it was embarrassing all the people in the line were looking making it seem like I was there to steal when I am over here ASSUMING that I can get my battery changed instead. Simply ghetto as hell! Please just go to the other Waterbury location! way better and they seem happy to help

The app informed me that a part was available for purchase, so I went ahead and bought it. However, when I arrived at the store, they said they didn’t have it in stock. I was willing to drive to get it, but it was disappointing to find out they had none available. The employee at the desk advised me that it's better to call the store directly rather than rely on the app.

Used to be a good store now their hiring people that don't want to work and don't prioritize customer service. I didn't want to post a review but after emailing the district and regional manager and formally filing a complaint with customer service with no follow up or notice of action for more than 2 weeks this is all I can do and never go back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store or at least the sales associate, Bianca. Rude, disrespectful, all around unpleasant person to have working in a customer setting. She's lost you my business.

Terrible customer service. My mom simply went in to ask a question about a battery and the warranty on it and THE MANAGER was rude. He didn’t want to give her any information. She asked if they changed batteries which ALL AUTO ZONES do, he said no we don’t do that, I’m not doing that, go to a mechanic. She stated but she’s paying the mechanic what she can pay him. She then asks for the number of another autozone and he says, “you asking for too much now.” We will be taking this up the chain. It’s not even about changing the battery, he was straight up rude. Do better, it costs $0 to be kind.
