Love this autozone! Always have been good for the years i’ve gone here, there is a problem with one of the customers that thinks he’s an “employee” only because his daughter works there. He makes myself and my family uncomfortable and likes to make smart remarks towards us and others i’ve seen. I love this autozone but he’s bringing it down hope they fix that.

Thank you very much Ricky for your excellent customer service! By far the easiest and smoothest experience at any auto store in Las Vegas! I needed my battery charged and to drop off some used oil to be recycled. Ricky was extremely friendly and fast, checking my battery to confirm it will take a charge and then putting it on a charger. He also took the tool outside to check my brothers truck battery to confirm it was still doing well. He made sure we were all good and didn't need anything else during our visit. Definitely will be back!

Rickey is amazing! I came in for a battery replacement, and right when I showed up the store got a little busy. I let Rickey know I had an appointment 30 minutes after I showed up, and I could leave my car and uber back if we did not finish in time. He said absolutely no problem! We had trouble narrowing down the battery size but i was out in ten minutes! Very efficient, professional, personable, this location is the only one I go to for a reason!

Getting a call from my wife that she’s having car issues at 6:30 this morning was the tone set for the day. Compounded by day to day work issues, 11 hours later I walk into the location on Durango and Cheyanne. Immediately greeted by a young man who instantly went to work on resolving my issue. Rickie A. (I think that was his last name initial) went above and beyond to quickly resolve my issue to find the right item for my vehicle and get me on my way without delay. In a world full of noise and craziness it’s refreshing to come across an individual who still cares no matter how big or small the task may be. I stopped in for a new battery on my 23 Chevy Blazer before 8am and two gentlemen inside immediately stepped up to help. Tested the old battery, and the store manager took on the project of swapping the old.one for the new one and removing the 8 million screws to do so with a smile on his face.
