This morning when my daughter called me to tell me her car was slow to start my heart sank. Normally I would have brought it into our shop and changed it out but she is 3 hours away at college. I reached out to Autozone and they assured me it would not be an issue. My daughter showed up and was greeted by Andrew J. and just asked him to talk to her dad. I explained what was going on and he offered to check her battery and confirmed it was bad. I asked him to install a battery and asked her to call me before she left. I was surprised when she called in less than 20 mins and told me she was on her way. In reality I wasn't needed because Andrew went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of.

As a new driver (who just purchased a car used) I wanted to panic and cry when my battery kept dying, and i’m so thankful i drove to my nearest autozone. i asked the first employee i saw if he could help me with my battery ~ (im so sorry i cant remember if it was charles or chris but you’re amazing) Chris helped me and was honestly a very calming and kind presence. Made it seem like no big deal, and I felt really reassured. Turns out he was the store owner !!! Amazing guy, i am now a loyal autozone customer. Its also reassuring to know I have a place I feel safe to get things done for my car. Im in Athens for college, and home is not near. If anything happens I will be at Chris’ autozone ~~~

After my engine light came on in my mini cooper and the local BMW dealership told me they couldn’t help me at all, I stopped into Auto Zone just to see if they could run the codes and see what was wrong. The young man helping me was very kind and after seeing the computer output informed me my gas cap seal had gone bad. He found a gas cap in stock and thankfully the light turned off! It’s nice to know that the people working there are helpful, respectful and know what they’re doing! Thank you AutoZone

Chris and Zach are PHENOMENAL!!! I was stranded in the snow storm. And they went above and beyond to get my truck back on the road!!! They were very kind, patient and understanding!!!! OVERALL BAD SERVICE! Was left on the phone waiting to speak to a manager for over 20 minutes. Had a friend that walked up for a code check and was advised to get the code erased at competitor. Do not recommend this place for knowledgeable persons, since they did not provide adequate information on the legalities of code deletion in the state of Georgia.

I’m finally getting around to posting this because the experience in January left such a bad taste in my mouth. I went in for one item on sale and grabbed a few other things (including a rechargeable hand warmer) that were also clearly marked with sale tags. When I got to the register, everything rang up at full price. When I showed the cashier the tags on the shelf, he told me those were "last week's prices" and refused to honor them. He then told me there were "probably old tags all over the store" like that was my problem. He didn't offer to fix it or get a manager; he just asked if I still wanted the stuff at the higher price. I walked out with only the one item I absolutely needed and won't be back. I’ll take my business to Advance or O’Reilly from now on—at least they actually maintain their store and honor the prices they advertise.
