Mary was pleasant to talk to on the phone and was very informative regarding the inventory and pricing for a new battery. When I came in both male associates were helpful in testing my battery and attempting to charge it. Unfortunately I was due for a new battery, but they were happy to help install it as well as new windshield wipers. Overall I was very satisfied and will most certainly consider AutoZone the next time I need something for my vehicle.

Went here after being ignored at Advanced Auto down the street. The guy that helped me was very nice and helped me pick out my wiper blades and put them on for me. I felt bad since it is super cold outside (like -30 wind chill)

A couple of the female's working at this one are not very smart to be working in a auto part store. When u call or come in and give them all your info on ur vehicle. They either give you a dumb look without even looking it up. Or they come up with some out of blue part that doesn't even have to do with that area that ur working on.

Online and their computers in store State they have stock of what I need but the store doesn't have any they called another store that said they had stock and they only had one of the stock instead of the three that was said in the computer. If you're trying to find anything outside of the actual vehicle forget it they can't find it you have to have a vehicle make model in year you can't just go in there with the part number they don't know what to do with it.

Wow, this weekend was the worst service ever. The guys working seamed to know nothing about what they were doing. My order was to come in Saturday, first by noon, then it was going to be between 1 and 2 so I called at 1:30 and was told the truck was on its way and would be there soon. I called again at 4:30 just to find out the truck died on the way. When I went to pick it up on Sunday the same guys were there, but had no idea what they were doing. I will not return to that store again. One star is being generous.

Great experience at AutoZone thanks to Jr. He helped me find the correct headlights blub for my vehicle and the week before helped me pick out the best brake pads and rotors. He was patient, and made sure I got the right parts.
