Showed up last minute around 7:30pm and needed a new battery ASAP. Long story short, the battery has been causing sputtering during the cold mornings. Finally right as a family emergency was happening tonight, the battery gave out but eventually after many tens of minutes the car barely started. Had enough to drop them off and show up at AutoZone. Jay was more than happy to help even though he didn’t know my situation at the time. Turns out Chevrolet batteries are not the easiest to swap with the newer models, so he decided to stay late and did 100% of the battery swap. Jay showed nothing but compassion, professionalism, and kindness. Traits rarely found now days, this behavior needs to be rewarded due work ethic and dedication. Thank you Jay.

Unfortunately they couldn’t help me with testing or replacing my battery because it is a Prius, but the manager on duty insisted on me waiting inside the store until AAA arrived. He stayed with me 40 minutes after the store closed to make sure I was safe, and also gave me a bottled water even though I didn’t buy a thing. Excellent service and kindness.

Mr. James Wright. Not many people have been so kind, efficient, and helpful as you and your red haired co-worker. It was the day after Thanksgiving. I was internally panicking, and I have a sizeable amount of ignorance in regards to vehicles. I brought two friends to help me decipher what to do, and even though they were more experienced they also struggled. However, Mr. Wright helped piece together not only what the root issue was, but how to safely and effectively solve that issue. After Issue #1 was fixed, I had an issue #2. Even then, after giving me a lesson on why I should also fix Issue number 2 he was patient and an avid listener. I couldn't have asked for more. I'm honored to have been a recipient of this mans customer service. Would've posted earlier but....I forgot to press the post button!!!

Pleasant and convenient to get a oil change next door and then browse while you're waiting. As someone with very little experience in this hobby, I was fascinated to have a set amount of time to more fully explore all the types of products available. All things considered, there were way more tools/supplies/mods (and often with a lower learning curve) than I was expecting, plus competitive prices compared to various online marketplaces. Best of all, the staff were very helpful answering questions, clarifying information, and pointing me toward the best products and deals. Thanks Corey and David!

The battery in my friends car died last night and your associate Robert went above and beyond to help. We have never met someone more caring and / or willing to help. He came to where we were to try and jump the car; got tools to try to remove the battery and stayed with us while we were figuring out what to do. Thank you for employing someone who shows compassion to others and actually wants to work / help - it is hard to find in these days. We appreciated everything he did for us and will continue to come to this Auto Zone just for the customer service he provided.

The manager Jazmine was truly a delight. I was in need of services but I’m going through a financial hardship.
