Stephen was great. Had buzzing noise in the driver, side door and window. The technician David found the broken exterior piece that was causing the problem. He also installed a new door seal to minimize noise. Also, my driver side window would not roll down. They misdiagnosed said it was the switch, but corrected their mistake and found it was the window motor.

My girlfriend bought a used Subaru Crosstrek about 2 years ago from Bale. We have had all the scheduled maintenance done at Bale since along with a few minor fixes (oil pan for example) and have been happy with with each interaction with Bale. People are people and do make mistakes..which is fine as long as they except responsibility and make amends. The only time Bale has faltered was a situation where they did not order the part they needed which added a day to the service. Bale accepted responsibility for the failure to have the part due to a misunderstanding between the employees, charged nothing for the labor and parts, and remedied the mistake to my fullest satisfaction. I gave 5 stars because people are going to have mistakes but as this was minor and they did everything anyone could reasonably expect to be satisfied and happy. I have far more faith in people who go about an honest mistake and remedying the mistake in the fashion Bale did because when people make a mistake it is sadly rare to see them immediately own and take responsibility for making everything right with a customer.

Horrible decision to bring in my truck to the service department. Tech was not up to the normal standards of communications and when I asked for a manager I was giving the run around for several days. When I finally spoke with the manager nothing made me feel like bringing my car back would be a good idea. I told him how when I checked underneath my hood my fluids had not been filled. Didn't offer to fix the problem just kept saying that he was sorry. Won't be back.

Bale Chevrolet usually does me right whenever I have to bring my truck in. But charging me for something that should have been taken care of when I paid for a brand new engine to be put in was over the top for me. They said I had a small oil leak, well me the consumer was thinking if you put a whole new engine in a vehicle all of that should have been addressed at that time. I was charged 13k for the engine but had to come back to get a $19 part put in plus labor at $120, make it make sense please.

took 1 1/2 hours to do a oil change AND I had an appointment! When I went to leave there was dirt, oil and grease in my floor they then had to take my car back to detail and remove it. While driving home got a terrible headache whatever they used to clean it smelled like fumes coming from my car. All in all a terrible experience at Bale one I have not had in a long time. And, I saw Mr. Bale walking around he knew something was going on and I was upset but didn't care to come ask me.

Easy to make an appointment for service. Was greeted by a friendly service person when I arrived. I waited in the waiting room for my car to be serviced. It was very comfortable with plenty of magazines to read and a TV to watch. I didn't have to wait long at all for my vehicle to be serviced. Overall, it was a very good experience.

My experience with Bale Chevrolet service department was nothing short of a nightmare. My vehicle was in their possession for over two months and the lack of communication and apparent indifference to customer satisfaction is astounding. Initially the repairs was expected to take less time. However the timeline extended to months. Repeated attempts to get updates resulted in excuses and evasive answers. In person visit were required to get any information with service manager appearing disengage and unresponsive. This delay caused significant disruption. Being without a vehicle for an extended period, especially when relying on it for work and other essential activities is incredibly frustrating. Missing underbody splash shields and damage display screen made the situation worse. Service advisor answers it's because it was sitting in heat Tf ?? It's recommended that anyone considering Bale Chevrolet service department reconsider. Their inability to provide timely repairs and communicate with customers resulted in a negative experience.

I set up an appointment for Monday (12/29) at 7am for my car to be serviced. When setting up, the rep told me they would need to keep 2 days. I asked if Monday counts as part of the 2 days because I’ve had a similar problem with Bale a few months ago where the shop did not contact me and kept my car a week. The rep stated yes, I should know something by close of business Tuesday. Well turns out i had the same experience as before with my car still being in the shop for days with no movement. Steve texted me on Friday (1/2) stating tech will work on it Monday (1/5). I asked him if I could come get my car because I need for the weekend and will bring back Monday. He stated the headliner is down and all the techs left for the day. I asked for a courtesy car since my car was only supposed to be in shop 2 days and now it’s over a week with no progress. Then he stated I could come get car, they close at 6. Which is concerning because he just told me the headliner was down. A few mins later he called me and stated the tech will be working tomorrow can I leave my car until tomorrow. I asked if I’m able to come get my car tomorrow regardless of if the tech can repair or not because I need a car. I’ve been without one since Monday. I had a similar situation a few months ago. Im not even sure if my car was being worked on because based on the status tracker, it was not even touched until after 2:49pm Wednesday (12/31) after I asked for an update. I don’t know why appointments are scheduled if it means leaving a car parked untouched for days. I see there are other customer complaints about this as well. Something needs to change with this process. I don’t even want to take my car to Bale any more to be serviced.
