Our 15 year old 5 wheel broke the front hydraulic lift. We called Beck and to our surpise, he was able to take a look with in an hour. He figured out what was wrong (poor design and operation error) and was able to repair the sherared of drive mecanism instead of simply requiring a total replacement at 10 x the cost. He is honest and really wanted to fix the problem- fix it, not just replace entire mecanism. It was hot but he quickly welded the broken pieces and had our unit working again. This is the sort of person you want fixing you unit!

Nathan Beck is a man of his word. We contacted him at the suggestion of another mobile RV tech. He asked us to call back twice and each time told us when he could talk to us. He's a busy man but when he came, as promised, he diagnosed and fixed the problem, and then reviewed youtube videos to figure out how to reset the automatic leveling system. We had been trying for 2 months to find a solution, but he solved the problem in less than an hour and was so pleasant. Wish he had mobile RV repair every place we will be over the next year.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nate in the I80 Cabela's parking lot outside Reno only because I was snowed in there in a new RV pulling a new auto trailer. He was just making his rounds and checked in with us talking when I mentioned one of my tires needed air. I knew one of my rear RV tires was really low and Nate subsequently noticed my trailer had picked up two flats. So he repaired the trailer tires and every RV tire needed quite a bit of air to be properly inflated. He was very reasonable in price, and I even offered more. He saved me from a disaster trying to drive over the summit thinking my tires were fine. There was so much snow and most places were closed and everything being new I thought hey I'm good a couple of days. Not to be. Still he saved my bacon. I still owe him.

We had a electrical wiring issue in a new trailer we purchased. The issue was first identified as originating from our tow vehicle. Nathan Beck determined it was NOT the Tow vehicle, and he corrected the problem(s). There were two separate issues with the trailer setup. Not only did he fix the issue, he identified several other manufacturing shortcomings that would cause "rust" and other problems down the road. Nathan's charges were more than fair, and he offered cost-saving advice.
