Very friendly, took the time to help me through understanding what was going on with my Jetta and how they rectified the issue. CLEAN, HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY. They did not overcharge me and did not try to upsell me. If you care about your car just bring it to Beyer Motor Works. 10/10

Took my Mini Cooper S here for service. I am very impressed with this shop, from the front office to the shop and mechanics as well as the owner. I was greeted with a smile and got a tour of the facilities. Beyer Motor Works specializes in BMW, Mercedes and Mini repairs. They also do full detailing, and vehicle wraps. This place is my new go to for the Mini. Honest people, honest upfront pricing and excellent service!!! Thanks Beyer Motor Works for taking good care of me and the Mini!!!!

Thank you Beyer Motor Works. Took in my Mercedes C300 because the AC control unit failed. The diagnoses was quick and the parts were ordered, so I got my car back in a few days. Doug followed up with me to make sure the visit was smooth and everything was good. First time customer, great experience!

Not a trusted shop!!! Can't imagine how much they take advantage of other women or elderly people. Went in for an oil change and was told i needed $5,000 of work done to my Mercedes. Went to a professional shop (that was highly recommended) for a second opinion and told them what these people said I needed and they were appalled. Once they checked everything, they said 99% of what these people said was wrong, was an absolute lie and sounded like these people just needed a check. DO NOT go here unless you want to be donating money or be SCAMED!

Our Cayenne broke down while in Phoenix on business. The 2 Porsche dealerships in town wouldn’t even look at it - they were both booked out over a month. We called Beyer and they were able to get us in immediately and got us back on the road. They really did go above and beyond to take care of us. Can’t recommend them enough.

I asked them to replace starter on my BMW 528i on the phone because my can could not start. They gave me the price. I towed my car to their shop. They made a copy the other shop's diagnostic to replace starter. They know very much what was the problem. After fixing it for $1252.53 ( dealer price $1158), they also charge me for their diagnostic ($149.99). I am so upset about about that charge because: 1) I already paid other shop for diagnostic to know the problem. 2) I am their customer for long time. They fixed so many thing for me in the past. I though they are good so I paid the tow to bring my car to their shop, but they are bad - only money, does not care customer. 3) I fixed it , so they should waive for diagnostic charge. I think their business is not good or maybe management changed and they are hungry for money now. They never charge me for diagnostic before. If you need oil change or something else, be carefully for the extra charge. I will not come back to their shop anymore.

Finally found a local shop that is super honest, has awesome services along with frequent communication updates through our entire car service experience. From checkin, through service diagnostics, recommendation of sensible repairs, to the final pick-up, Beyer Motor Works is the real deal!!! They always take care of us and all our vehicles regular services and repairs. We have recommended our family and friends, they too agree.

Doug and his team did a phenomenal job on my vehicle. I’m not from the area, but here temporarily from work, so when my AC wasn’t working the first thing I did was go to the dealership (this was on a Friday). Little did I know that the dealership service was backed up a month, and even if I did scheduled an appointment they couldn’t guarantee that they would be able to look at it let alone leave my vehicle there for a week. I have always had luck with small specialty auto repairs shops. I came across Beyer Motor works and drove to their shop. They were able to do a diagnostic on my vehicle and informed me my AC compressor went out. I was able to get my vehicle in right away the following week. I now have AC 🙂 that works

I’m not really sure how many stars to give this place yet… I took my 2017 mini coop in because it had a hard knock… At first they told me they would not be able to get to it for about another 10 days… The day after I brought it in, they called and told me my engine was shot .. And for them to do a new engine would be $16,000… I actually had to call back to make sure I heard that amount right when I looked at my invoice today their was really no information about what they found wrong with my car or the quote .. When I was telling other people about this, their minds were blown how he came up with 16,000… Charged me $170 and was a little concerned as he had stated how backed up he was how much effort did he really put into checking out my car… I will be towing it now to another shop to get a second opinion if what he said was correct and the amount that he quoted me is correct. I will come back and give him five stars… Because he actually was very friendly, but I think it was an easy 170 bucks for them.. and then to half ass fill out my invoice, that’s the part that pissed me off. I was sent an email with the invoice showing the quote of 16,000 for a new engine… Thank you for taking the time to send that to me.!

I have serviced my vehicles at Beyer several times. I was highly dissatisfied with my most recent visit. I dropped my car off and it did not move into service for several days even though I had an appointment. I was not informed of a diagnostic fee (which would not be credited toward my service) until my car was moved into the shop several days after it sat there. They did not fix my problem as my coolant leak continued after paying the diagnostic fee and for the repair. I informed them of the issue and I had no response.

I just got my mini countryman and took it to Beyer Motor works based on recommendations from FB mini cooper of AZ. They got me right in and checked out my car. I was shown all potential problems and given recommendations with no pressure whatsoever. They preformed all repairs and kept me informed throughout the process. I got my car back and it runs great!!! I highly recommend this shop!

Thank you Beyer Motor Works for doing a professional & detailed inspection/diagnosis on my Mercedes and pointing out what needs to be fixed. I appreciate the transparency and honesty and providing a great service for my vehicle. I will be coming back and letting your team of mechanics do what the do best to help get my Mercedes back in tip top shape. You have a customer for life and I will tell all my friends and family who own European cars to take their vehicles to your shop for a professional experience. A special thanks to Doug and his team for taking care of me!

I’m not sure how this place gets 5 star 🌟 reviews but my experience was so far from that. My car never leaked oil until I had it changed here. Then they told me where the leak was and how they could fix it. I took my car to another mechanic that told me where the leak was actually coming from. I had my struts replaced here then had to go somewhere else to be told that my struts mounts need replaced. Anyway, consumers beware

don’t try to do new business here even if you know exactly what you want your car to do. They will always charge you a Diag fee even over the phone quoted a Diag fee even though I bring up what I would do with my car if I bring it in try using az auto air or az auto masters they will not charge you a Diag fee if you want to do good work

I initially took my car in for a diagnostic (it was there all day, and they called me 10 minutes before closing to tell me to pick it up). They told me they couldn't do the diagnostic properly and that everything needed to be calibrated first. I took the car back for calibration at 9 am, and they told me it would take approximately 2 hours or a little longer. I called at 3:50 pm, and a woman answered, saying she didn't know anything and that they would call me back. 50 minutes passed, and they didn't call, so I called again. They told me someone was test driving it, and then immediately said they hadn't done anything yet. Since nothing made sense, I decided to go there in person before they closed. The first thing I saw was my car exactly where I had left it at 9 am. When I tried to talk to the man who was there, he told me that they hadn't even looked at the car all day, and that they had cars that stayed there for 10 days or more, even though I had made an appointment. He also said that he honestly didn't feel comfortable working on the car. What was the point of making me waste the whole day waiting instead of just telling me that from the beginning?
