I called the shop to find out if they work with automobile wholesalers to see if they give a discount on their hourly rate and who ever answered the phone was very short and had an attitude before I even asked for any discount. Rude and unprofessional and when I asked him why he is being rude for simply asking a question he hung up. You would think with everything that's going on you would want to earn someone business and even if you don't there is a way to speak to someone without having an attitude. For that alone they get a bad review.

Began using Yuri at Bimmer Benz in 2006 when my 1999 BMW had 42k. Sold the car last year with 176k! Yuri is honest, talented and very fair. Traits that can be hard to find today. This is one of the best experiences I've had with a shop. This shop has solved an issue with my AMG SL that not only 3 other shops couldn't figure out but the dealer as well. Their mechanic is a master mechanic that has worked on just about anything. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. I was surprised they have the same diagnostics systems as a dealership. The owner personally showed me around and explained to me how the equipment works. I would recommend this shop to anybody. They spent the extra time diagnosing a small wiring problem that saved me thousands of dollars from purchasing the whole harness from the dealership instead. Two thumbs up! Thank you guys! I will definitely bring all my vehicles here in the future!

Wonderful place!!! The master tech took care of my airbag light on my BMW so fast! And he also quickly explained two other problems I was having which I could never figure out on my own. Best kept secret in Scottsdale! I’m afraid if I tell too many people I would have to wait weeks for an appointment. Yuri works alone and takes his time giving an honest diagnosis. I am totally blown away by the positive experience I had with Bimmer-Benz Auto Repair and especially Yuriy. I initially went to the shop in order to get a second opinion on a repair needed for my BMW, and was immediate struct by the honest and thorough approach Yurly took to look over my car and provide the second opinion...all without any expectation that I would have him do the work. The best part...the quote came in significantly lower than the quote I received from the first shop! Yurly provided the repair in a very reasonable timeframe and used only genuine BMW parts. I couldn't be happier with the repair and highly recommend Yuriy and Bimmer-Benz!
